Definitions
- the invention relates to a mixer, in particular a building material mixer, according to the preamble of claim 1.
- a mixer of this type is known from CH 254 737 .
- the reduction gear designed as a multi-stage gear mechanism is arranged within the double-walled drum base.
- the motor is flanged to the swivel arm from the side facing away from the drum and therefore protrudes outwards.
- the known arrangement therefore proves to be not simple and compact enough. It is particularly disadvantageous that, due to the motor projecting from the swivel arm in the opposite direction to the drum and the voluminous design of the gear mechanism, such a large swivel envelope results that collisions are to be feared when a wheelbarrow is pushed under.
- the above motor is subject to a high risk of damage and requires complex safety measures, such as splash water protection, protection against contact, etc.
- the bushing of the swivel arm acts here as an installation space for the drive motor, the motor shaft of which can take over drive and bearing functions in an advantageous manner due to the flat gear design, which leads to a compact overall construction of the drive device and thus to the maintenance of a high drum capacity.
- the reduction gear is designed as a reduced epicyclic gear in the form of a cyclo-gear.
- Such a transmission is particularly flat, which enables a particularly flat cross-section of the chamber present in the region of the double-walled drum base, which does not impair the mixing properties of the drum.
- the building material mixer shown in Figure 1 consists of a drum 1, which is rotatably received coaxially to its axis of symmetry on a swivel arm 2, which in turn is mounted here on both sides on an H-shaped machine frame 3. This is provided on the one hand with a stand and on the other hand with castors.
- the swivel arm 2 mounted on both sides here forms a bracket which surrounds the drum 1 on the bottom.
- the swivel arm 2 and with it the drum 1 received on it can be swiveled here in the form of a handwheel 4 by means of a swivel device and can be fixed in the desired swivel position by means of a detent device, here in the form of a detent disk 5.
- the drum 1 In the filling and mixing position, the drum 1 is generally set so that its opening 6 points obliquely upwards. To empty the drum 1, it is pivoted so that its opening 6 points obliquely downwards.
- the drum 1 is overhung in the region of the drum base 7 opposite the drum opening 6.
- two drum bearings 8, 9 are provided in the region of the drum base 7, with which drum 1 can be mounted on a shaft mounted on the swivel arm.
- the lower part of the drum is provided on the bottom side with an inwardly projecting pot 10, onto which a cover 11 lying against the edge is placed.
- This can be designed as a cast or sheet metal blank.
- the pot 10 is simply molded onto the lower part of the drum designed as a deep-drawn molding.
- a chamber 12 is delimited by the pot 10 and lid 11.
- the drive device assigned to the drum 1 is partially accommodated in this chamber.
- This contains a drive motor 13 and a reduction gear 14 connected on the input side to the drive motor and on the output side to the drum, by means of which the high motor speed is reduced to the desired drum speed.
- a reduction ratio of the order of 50: 1 is required for this.
- the chamber 12, as shown in FIG. 2, serves as an installation space for the reduction gear 14.
- the drive motor 13 is accommodated on the swivel arm 2, which enables the motor to be easily air-cooled.
- the reduction gear 14 is constructed as a false-construction epicyclic gear, here in the manner of a so-called cyclo-gear.
- This is a so-called reduced epicyclic gear, which has at least one torkel disc 16 which is mounted on a drivable eccentric 15 and accordingly rotates eccentrically and which is concentric with one another with respect to its axis Bores 17 arranged in a pitch circle are provided, into which weaker pins 18 engage around the double eccentricity of the eccentric 15, which are fastened to a pin carrier 19 which is concentric with the circumferential axis a of the eccentric 15, and which has an outer ring 20 comprising the torsion plate 16.
- the torsion plate 16 is externally toothed.
- the outer ring 20 is internally toothed.
- the pitch circle diameter of the toothing of the outer ring 20 is twice the eccentricity of the eccentric 15 larger than the pitch circle diameter of the toothing of the torsion plate 16, so that the outer toothing of the torsion plate 16 on an engagement area facing the elevation of the eccentric 15 of approximately 80 ° in engagement with the inner toothing of the outer ring 20, which is arranged coaxially to the pin carrier 19 and accordingly coaxially to the circumferential axis a of the eccentric 15.
- the number of teeth of the outer ring 20 is larger, preferably one tooth larger than the number of teeth of the torsion plate 16.
- its torsion plate 16 and outer ring 20 can each have involute teeth, several teeth, for example three teeth, can be combined to form a unit tooth in order to widen the foot and to avoid constraining forces in the mutual interference a head shortening of the order of 5% can be made.
- the pin carrier 19 or, as shown in FIG. 2 below, the outer ring 20 is held.
- the other element rotates around axis a.
- the held element is connected directly or indirectly to the swivel arm 2.
- the rotating element is connected to the drum 1 to be driven. If, as in FIG. 2 above, the pin carrier 19 is held in place and the outer ring 20 is connected to the drum 11, in the case of a cast cover 11 or pot 10, the outer ring 20 can be molded onto such a casting.
- the outer ring 20 is designed as an inserted part.
- the pot 10 is provided with an integrally formed depression into which the outer ring 20 attached to the drum is inserted.
- the drum-side pot 10 can simply carry the pins 18, ie act as a pin carrier.
- the eccentric 15 of the reduction gear 14 is driven by a drive shaft 21 which is mounted on the swivel arm side.
- the eccentric 15 is integrally formed on the drive shaft 21, which is simply designed as a crankshaft for this purpose.
- the drive shaft 21 is provided on the drum side with a pin adjacent to the eccentric 15 and concentric with the axis a, on which the inner drum bearing 8 is received.
- the outer drum bearing 9 is received here on a bushing which is penetrated by the drive shaft 21 and fastened to an inner flange of the swivel arm 2 to which the pin carrier 19 is attached at the top in FIG. 2 and the outer ring 20 at the bottom in FIG.
- the motor 13 is received in a bush 36 of the swivel arm 2 which is coaxial with the drive shaft 21.
- This is an electric motor designed as an internal rotor motor, the stator of which is flanged on the side opposite the bush carrying the outer drum bearing 9 to the inner flange 37 fastened to the bush 36 and the rotor on the drive shaft 21 forming the motor shaft mounted on both sides of the stator which the eccentric 15 fastens and on which the inner drum bearing 8 is received, can be wedged.
- a fan wheel 26 is placed on the end of the motor shaft which forms the drive shaft 21 and projects behind it, which is arranged behind a cover 38 fastened to the outer end of the sleeve. This can have a multi-deflected air intake duct and / or blow-out duct, not shown here, which provides full protection against contact and splash water.
- the current supply to the current-carrying stator 28 can run within the swivel arm 2.
- the swivel arm 2 is formed by a hollow profile, in which a channel 34 for the cable 33 automatically results. This is guided in the channel 34 to a switch-plug combination 35, which is fastened to the swivel arm 2 or to the frame 3 and is shown in FIG. 1 and to which a connecting cable can be coupled.
- a switch-plug combination 35 here in the area of the switch-plug combination 35 are not visible Slip ring contacts provided.
- the plug collar for coupling a connection cable can be fixed relative to the frame, so that the connection cable is not stressed even in the case of repeated 360 ° rotations of the swivel arm 2.
- the switch-plug combination 35 is attached to one of the pivot pins of the pivot arm 3 and to arrange it so that it is pivoted together with the pivot arm 2. Due to its flexibility, the coupled connecting cable also allows a swiveling movement, also in the form of a 360 ° rotation of the swivel arm 2. In such a case, the pivotability of the swivel arm 2 can expediently be limited by a stop. The same applies in the event that a movable cable loop is provided instead of slip ring contacts.
