Claims (7)
- Blitzschutzvorrichtung für elektrische Leitungen, insbesondere für Mittelspannungs-Freileitungen, mit einem von Varistoren (1) gebildeten Stapel, der endständig Elektroden (2) aufweist und damit unter axialem Druck gehalten ist, und der im Inneren eines zum Schutz abgedichteten Gehäuses (3) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen den den Stapel bildenden Elementen (1-2) ein Zwischenstück (4, 40) vorgesehen ist, das derart elastisch verformbar ist, daß die Güte des elektrischen Kontaktes zwischen benachbarten Elementen sichergestellt ist, und das derart geformt ist, daß freie Zwischenräume gebildet sind, geeignet zum Aufnehmen einer Klebstoffschicht (5, 50, 30) zwischen besagten Elementen, die diese mechanisch verbindet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zwischenstück als eine Unterlegscheibe (4) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zwischenstück als eine Einlage (40) ausgebildet ist, mit einem zentralen, ebenen Bereich und einer Anzahl von radial ausgerichteten Armen welligen Profils.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeich net, daß die Klebstoffverbindung ausgebildet ist in Form einer Scheibe 5, die den Zentralbereich der gegenüberliegenden äußeren Flächen der Varistoren (1) und der Elektroden (2) bedeckt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch ge kennzeichnet, daß die Klebstoffverbindung ausgebildet ist In Form eines um das Zwischenstück (4, 40) angeordneten Ringes (50).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch ge kennzeichnet, daß die Klebstoffverbindung ausgebildet ist als eine Schichtlage (30) synthetischen Materials, welches, das Gehäuse (3) bildend, direkt auf den Stapel (1-3) aufgeschmolzen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 2, 4, 5 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zwischenstück (4, 40) mit einer Zwischenscheibe (6) aus Elastomer oder Aluminium verbunden ist, um durch Quetschen den auf den Stapel (1-2) ausgeübten elastischen Druck zu verbessern.
