Claims (6)
- Schalter mit Berührungseffekt, der aufweist :- einen Träger mit einer Zelle, die ein Schalterelement (18) aufnehmen kann, welches unter der Wirkung eines eine bestimmte Schwelle überschreitenden Druckes betätigbar ist,- eine elastische, mit dem Träger (2) fest verbundene, Membran (8), die eine die Zelle (3) verschliessende Kappe bildet und auf der der Zelle (3) abgekehrten Seite und im wesentlichen koaxial zur Zelle einen elastisch verformbaren Zahn (10) trägt, der als Drücker wirkt,- eine dem Drücker zugeordnete Taste (11), auf die ein Druck zur Betätigung des Schalterelementes (18) ausgeübt werden kann,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zahn (10) aus einem elastisch verformbaren Material mit niedrigem Elastizitätsmodul hergestellt ist und die Unterseite der Taste (11) eine Vertiefung (19) aufweist, in die der Zahn (10) eindringt, sodass, wenn die Taste (11) einem Betätigungsdruck unterworfen ist, man nacheinander erhält :- eine Etappe vor dem Hub, während derer die von der Taste (11) ausgeübte Widerstandskraft allmählich zunimmt, bis die auf besagte Taste (11) ausgeübte Kraft die Druckschwelle des Schaltelementes erreicht,- eine aktive Etappe, während derer der Hub der Taste (11) praktisch null ist, die Betätigung des Schalters durch eine teilweise Ausdehnung des Zahnmaterials verursacht wird und die Widerstandskraft plötzlich abnimmt und ein Gefühl der Freigabe hervorruft,- eine Hubüberschreitungsetappe, zu Beginn derer die Widerstandskraft wieder allmählich zunimmt und plötzlich ansteigt, wenn die Ausdehnung des Zahnes (10) die Vertiefung (19) der Taste ausgefüllt hat. - Schalter nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass besagte Membran (8), besagter Zahn (10), sowie eventuell besagtes Teil aus elastisch verformbarem Material hergestellt sind. - Schalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zahn (10) eine zylindrische Form hat und/oder die Form eines Kegelstumpfes, dessen grosse, mit der Membran (8) verschmolzene, Basis auf einem elastisch verformbaren Element (18) des Schalters (4) zur Auflage kommt. - Schalter nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das elastisch verformbare Element (18) des Schalters (4) aus einer Zunge oder Kapsel mit Durchschlagseffekt besteht, die erst ab einer bestimmten Druckschwelle verformt wird. - Tastatur, welche die gemäss einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche hergestellten Schalter verwendet,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass besagter Träger (2) die Form einer Platte mit einer Vielzahl von Zellen (3) hat, die jeweils ein Element eines Schalters (4) aufnehmen können, und besagte Platte dann von einer Membran überdeckt wird, die, in Höhe einer jeden Zelle, einen elastisch verformbaren Zahn aufweist, der von einer Taste betätigbar ist, die so ausgelegt ist, dass sie die Ausdehnung des Zahnmaterials begrenzt. - Tastatur nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass besagte Platte eine gedruckte Leiterplatte ist.
