Claims (4)
- Circuit de refroidissement de culasse de moteur à combustion interne pour véhicules automobiles, dans lequel la culasse est constituée par un corps (1) ayant une paroi de base (2) sensiblement rectangulaire, qui s'applique sur un bloc cylindres, le corps (1) définissant :- des parois supérieures (3) de chambres de combustion, sur lesquelles des jeux de saillies tubulaires (4, 5, 6) s'élèvent pour définir des logements pour des soupapes d'admission et d'échappement et pour les bougies d'allumage,- des conduits d'admission (9) et des conduits d'échappement (10) qui communiquent avec les logements de soupapes,- un conduit pour la circulation du liquide de refroidissement communiquant avec une entrée et avec une chambre de circulation longitudinale (20) formée entre les parois supérieures (3) des chambres de combustion, et les saillies tubulaires (4, 5, 6) de logement des soupapes et des bougies d'allumage, la chambre de circulation longitudinale (20) communiquant avec une sortie (14) du liquide de refroidissement qui est située dans la zone d'un premier côté (1d) de la paroi de base (2),
le circuit de refroidissement comprenant une pompe (15) servant à envoyer le liquide de refroidissement à ladite entrée,
caractérisé en ce que le corps possède une unique entrée qui est située dans la zone d'un deuxième côté (1c) de la paroi de base (2), qui est à l'opposé du premier côté (1d) et sensiblement parallèle à ce premier côté, l'entrée communiquant avec deux conduits longitudinaux (11, 12) qui s'étendent le long d'un troisième côté (1a) et d'un quatrième côté (1b) de la paroi de base (2), et au-dessous de conduits d'admission et d'échappement (9, 10) respectivement, les conduits longitudinaux (11, 12) communiquant avec ladite chambre de circulation longitudinale (20), laquelle est située dans une position intermédiaire entre les conduits longitudinaux (11, 12), à travers une série de passages transversaux (17, 18, 19) situés autour des conduits d'admission et d'échappement (9, 10). - Circuit de refroidissement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les passages longitudinaux (17, 18, 19) sont formes au-dessous des conduits d'admission et d'échappement (9, 10).
- Circuit de refroidissement selon la revendication 1, pour moteurs à quatre soupapes par cylindre, dans lesquels chaque conduit d'admission ou d'échappement (9, 10) est formé de deux parties adjacentes (9a, 9b ; 10a, 10b), caractérisé en ce que les passages transversaux comprennent, pour chaque conduit d'échappement (10), trois passages (17, 18) dont le passage central (17) est disposé entre les deux parties (10a, 10b) du conduit d'échappement (10) respectif et chaque passage latéral (18) est situé à côté d'une partie respective (10a, 10b) du conduit d'échappement (10), et au moins deux passages (19) pour chaque conduit d'admission (9), situés à côté des parties respectives (9a, 9b) du conduit d'admission (9).
- Circuit de refroidissement selon une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il est muni d'ailettes de refroidissement (16) disposées sur les côtés de la sortie (14).
