Claims (8)
- Bougie à flamme pour un moteur à combustion à injection et compression d'air, avec un élément doseur, prévu pour l'alimentation en carburant, sur le corps de bougie, dans lequel un tube vaporiseur disposé à distance de l'élément doseur entoure à distance une tige chauffante en formant un espace intermédiaire annulaire, l'extrémité libre de la tige sortant du tube vaporiseur et étant isolée au moyen d'un tube à flamme, relié au corps de bougie, situé dans le trajet de l'écoulement de l'air d'aspiration s'écoulant dans le tube d'aspiration du moteur à combustion et pourvu d'orifices de passage, et avec une liaison de carburant, entre l'élément doseur et le tube vaporiseur, caractérisée en ce que la liaison de carburant est réalisée sous forme de canal à rotation (7), débouchant dans l'espace intermédiaire annulaire (5) et s'étendant hélicoïdalement sur la tige de chauffage (4).
- Bougie à flamme selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la tige de chauffage (4) est introduite par pressage dans la partie du corps de bougie (2) située au-dessus du tube vaporiseur (6)..
- Bougie à flamme selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins un déflecteur d'air (10) est disposé entre la tige de chauffage (4) et le tube de flamme (8), au niveau des orifices de passage (9).
- Bougie à flamme selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que le déflecteur d'air (10) est fixé par des nervures sur la partie de tube de flamme (8) située au-dessous des orifices de passage (9).
- Bougie à flamme selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que le déflecteur d'air (10) est formé par emboutissage vers l'intérieur, à partir du tube de flamme, de sections de paroi (10) dont les délimitations supérieures et inférieures présentent des ouvertures.
- Bougie à flamme selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la partie de tige de chauffage (4) sortant du tube vaporiseur (6) présente des gorges annulaires (13) superposées ou une gorge annulaire (14) hélicoïdale.
- Bougie à flamme selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'extrémité libre du tube de flamme est retroussée en forme d'arc orienté vers l'intérieur, sur la tige de chauffage (4), pour dévier le mélange air-carburant.
- Bougie à flamme selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le tube de flamme (8) est pourvu au-dessus de ses orifices de passage (9) d'ouïes (12) déviant l'air dans l'espace formé par le tube de flamme et le tube vaporiseur.
