Claims (11)
- Rectifieuse sans centre avec un banc de machine (1), une meule (2), une meule de réglage (3), laquelle est disposées de manière espacée de la meule selon la direction longitudinale de la machine, ainsi qu'un support de pièce d'usinage (4) disposé entre les deux meules (2,3) pour supporter une pièce en cours d'usinage, au moins une première plaque (5), orientable selon un axe vertical (6) étant prévue, sur laquelle est disposé un premier chariot longitudinal (7), déplaçable selon la direction longitudinale de la machine, caractérisée en ce que le support de pièce d'usinage (4) est disposé sur le banc de machine (1) en un endroit fixe selon les directions longitudinale et transversale, qu'un premier chariot transversal (8) déplaçable selon une direction transversale perpendiculaire à la direction longitudinale est prévu sur le premier chariot, et en ce que la meule (2) est disposée sur le premier chariot transversal (8).
- Machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'une deuxième plaque (9), orientable autour d'un autre axe d'orientation (24) vertical est prévue, et en ce que sur la deuxième plaque orientable (9), un deuxième chariot longitudinal (10), déplaçable selon la direction longitudinale est disposé, et un deuxième chariot transversal (11) déplaçable selon la direction transversale est disposé sur celui-ci, et en ce que la meule de réglage (3) est disposée sur le deuxième chariot transversal (11).
- Machine selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que l'axe d'orientation (6) de la première plaque (5) est situé à proximité de la meule (2) et passe de préférence par le milieu du support de pièce d'usinage (4).
- Machine selon l'une des revendications 2 ou 3, caractérisée en ce que pour le déplacement de chacun des premiers et deuxièmes chariots longitudinaux (7,10), respectivement transversaux (8,11), chacun desdits chariots comprend un axe commandé numériquement.
- Machine selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que le support de pièce (4) est seulement déplaçable en hauteur.
- Machine selon l'une des revendications 4 ou 5, caractérisée en ce que l'axe commandé numériquement du premier chariot transversal (8) est prévu comme axe d'oscillation pour produire des mouvements périodiques en avant et en arrière de la meule (2) selon la direction transversale de la machine.
- Machine selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce qu'un moteur d'entraînement (39) de la meule (2) est disposé sur le premier chariot longitudinal (7), et en ce que des moyens de transmission de mouvement (27,28) sont prévus au moteur d'entraînement pour permettre un déplacement relatif de la meule (2) selon la direction transversale.
- Machine selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que la meule de réglage (3) est entraînée par un servo-moteur (18) réglable continûment, et en ce que le servo-moteur est couplé avec l'axe (19) de la meule de réglage (3) au moyen d'une courroie crantée (20).
- Machine selon l'une des revendications 2 à 8, caractérisée en ce qu'un premier dispositif de dressage (12) est relié de manière fixe avec la première plaque orientable (5) et un deuxième dispositif de dressage (13) est relié de manière fixe avec la deuxième plaque orientable (9), et en ce que chaque dispositif de dressage (12,13) comprend un organe de dressage (14,15), lequel est disposé à la hauteur du centre (16) de la meule (2), respectivement de la meule de réglage (3).
- Machine selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que le premier chariot longitudinal (7) et le premier chariot transversal (8) ne sont pas uniquement prévus pour présenter la meule (2) à une pièce à usiner, mais aussi pour présenter cette dernière au premier dispositif de dressage (12) et en ce que le deuxième chariot longitudinal (10) et le deuxième chariot transversal (11) ne sont pas uniquement prévus pour présenter la meule de réglage (3) à une pièce à usiner, mais aussi pour présenter cette dernière au deuxième dispositif de dressage (13).
- Machine selon l'une des revendications 9 ou 10, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend une commande électronique (21,22) et en ce que la commande (21,22) est destinée entre autres à calculer et produire le contour (23) de la meule de réglage pour le deuxième dispositif de dressage (13) en travail sur la hauteur du centre de la meule de réglage (3), en fonction d'une position d'outil, d'un diamètre d'outil et de l'inclinaison de la meule de réglage (3).
