Abstract

Machine d'enlèvement de copeaux à système de serrage des lames. Dans une machine d'enlèvement de copeaux, notamment un rabot, on veut réduire le risque de blessure lors du retrait de copeaux coincés dans l'arbre de rabotage et faciliter le montage de la lame, tout en réduisant le bruit. A cet effet, on serre au moyen d'un dispositif de serrage (30) deux pièces profilées (6, 7) dans une rainure (12) du porte-lame (5), la lame (4) étant simultanément retenue. Les pièces profilées (6, 7) forment dans la rainure (12) une surface fermée sans lacunes. Un réglage ajustable au moyen de vis (27) indépendamment du dispositif de serrage (30) permet d'ajuster le diamètre du cercle de rotation de la lame (4). On peut utiliser ce système de serrage de la lame pour toutes machines d'enlèvement de copeaux, telles que rabots ou fraises, dans lesquelles il faut serrer des lames.

Claims (7)

  1. Machine d'enlèvement de copeaux, notamment rabot à main pour le travail du bois, comportant un porte-outil (5) entraîné en rotation autour d'un axe de rotation, qui présente à sa périphérie, au moins une rainure à section en forme de U (12) dont l'ouverture diminue radialement vers l'extérieur, et qui loge un couteau (4) entre chaque fois deux pièces profilées (6, 106, 7, 107) serrées l'une par rapport à l'autre et formant une articulation commune (24 ; 33), et, pour bloquer le diamètre de la trajectoire des pièces profilées (6, 106, 7, 107), en commun avec le couteau (4) et à l'aide d'une vis de réglage (27, 137) qui s'appuie au fond de la rainure, sont réglables radialement de manière continue, caractérisée en ce que les deux pièces profilées (6, 106, 7, 107) forment un organe à levier coudé à deux bras et, entre les branches dirigées radialement vers l'extérieur (20, 121, 7', 107') des pièces profilées (6, 7), se trouve serré le couteau (4) tandis qu'en même temps le corps de levier coudé à deux branches est pressé sur deux lignes dirigées axialement, chacune sur une pièce profilée (6, 7), par une vis (27), entre le levier coudé situé radialement à l'intérieur (6, 106) et le fond de rainure (17, 138) contre les bords extérieurs en regard de la rainure (18) allant en se rétrécissant, et partant du fond de la rainure, entre la paroi de rainure (13) et une paroi extérieure (20) dirigée radialement de la pièce profilée (6, 106) située radialement à l'intérieur, il y a suivant l'angle (α) un intervalle et la paroi de rainure (13) correspondante est disposée tangentiellement par rapport à la ligne de contact entre l'autre pièce profilée (7, 107) et l'autre paroi de rainure (14, 18, 118).
  2. Machine d'enlèvement de copeaux selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les deux pièces profilées sont réalisées sous la forme de corps à levier coudé à deux bras, placés l'un dans l'autre (6, 106, 7, 107) dont l'articulation commune (24, 33) se situe au niveau de son arête intérieure ou extérieure et dont les branches alignées de manière essentiellement tangentielle par rapport à l'axe de rotation, sont écartées l'une de l'autre par un dispositif de serrage (30, 31, 141) pour induire le passage des efforts entre le couteau (4) et les branches dirigées essentiellement de manière radiale par rapport à l'axe de rotation des corps en forme de levier coudé à deux bras (6, 106, 7, 107), pour arriver simultanément avec chaque fois des lignes situées radialement à l'extérieur, dirigées axialement, sur chaque corps de levier coudé à deux bras (6, 106, 7, 107), à une transmission des efforts sur les bords situés radialement à l'extérieur et appartenant à la rainure (12).
  3. Machine d'enlèvement de copeaux selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la pièce profilée (6, 106) située à l'intérieur est réglable radialement à l'aide d'un élément d'ajustage, notamment d'une vis (27) ou d'un excentrique (136) par rapport au porte-couteau (5, 105).
  4. Machine d'enlèvement de copeaux selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les têtes des vis (27, 31) ou l'excentrique (136, 141) sont réglables dans leur direction axiale à l'aide d'un outil, notamment d'une clef alène ou d'une clef que l'on enfonce.
  5. Machine d'enlèvement de copeaux selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la pièce profilée (6, 106), située à l'intérieur, a une forme sensiblement en L et s'appuie par le côté extérieur de l'une (20) de ses branches contre une paroi latérale (13) de la rainure (12) et par le côté intérieur de cette branche (20) contre le couteau (4).
  6. Machine d'enlèvement de copeaux selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que la première pièce profilée (6, 106) présente dans ses coins une cavité (24) dans laquelle vient prendre une partie en saillie (33) de la pièce de profilé (7, 107) située à l'extérieur.
  7. Machine d'enlèvement de copeaux selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le porte-couteau (5, 105) est en aluminium et les pièces profilées (6, 106, 7, 107) sont en un matériau ayant une élasticité moindre.
