Definitions

  • the invention relates to a garbage truck with a rotating drum mounted on a large ball bearing as a collecting container, which is equipped at the front with a central storage point, the rear, open end wall with an upwardly pivotable lid, which is held in a non-rotatable manner with respect to the collecting container, which is on a
  • the truncated cone has a helical press screw, can be closed, the refuse collection vehicle also having a cover bearing, a lock for holding the closed container, a cover opening cylinder and a rotary drive for the drum, the cover bearing, the lock, and the cover opening cylinder and the rotary drive for the drum in a box girder are arranged.
  • Garbage trucks are already known (AT-B 362 721) according to the preamble of claim 1, which use a large ball bearing, on the outer ring of which an overall comprehensive box girder for the lower cover, the locks, and the pinion for the drive is provided, the lower area is attached to a vehicle frame by means of pins.
  • the inner ring of the large ball bearing is firmly connected to the drum container.
  • the drum container is driven by a sprocket arranged parallel to the large ball bearing.
  • the rear cover carries a truncated cone protruding into the interior of the drum, on the outside of which a screw-shaped press screw is attached, which serves to convey and compact the waste brought in in a known manner. The forces of the compression pressure, which act on the press screw, are thus transmitted to the cover and its bearings, as well as the locks arranged below the center line.
  • This embodiment with the use of the outer ring of the large ball bearing as a stationary fastening part has the disadvantage that an additional toothed ring arranged at a distance from the large ball bearing must be provided for the drive and thus more space and weight are required.
  • the attachment of a box girder requires Outer ring naturally takes up a lot of space. It has also been proposed to make the inner ring of the large ball bearing wider than usual and to tooth the protrusion, which is naturally very expensive and difficult to carry out.
  • the object of the invention is to avoid these disadvantages.
  • the object of the invention is solved by the features of the characterizing part of claim 1. This solution has the great advantage that the outer ring of the large ball bearing can serve comfortably as a ring gear, without additional material or gear segments can be mounted on the outer ring.
  • the outer ring of the large ball bearing has spur gear teeth.
  • the rotary drive can have an oil motor with a drive pinion, which is connected to the inner ring of the large ball bearing.
  • the oil motor for driving the garbage drum is then practically mounted on the inner ring or on the box girder screwed to the inner ring, which can be divided or made from one piece.
  • an extremely light bearing design is possible, since the box girder is attached to the inner ring to reduce the deformation moments.
  • the largest dimension of the box girder can also be made smaller, since the outer ring does not need to be enclosed, but only the dimensions of the inner ring have to be achieved, and thus a weight-saving embodiment is made possible at least in the area of the large ball bearing.
  • the arrangement of the oil motor with drive pinion on the inner ring of the large ball bearing serves to compensate the drive torque in the closed box carrier system, from which the forces are directed to the rear cover or the press screw and from there back to the container wall with the rotating outer ring of the large ball bearing. No forces are thus derived from the drive of the garbage drum on the vehicle frame.
  • Another advantage is that the tooth engagement point is close to the vertical plane of the large ball bearing, and thus no deformation moments are to be absorbed by the container or by the bearings.
  • Fig. 1 shows a garbage truck in side view with the collecting container 1, which is equipped on the front with a central storage point, the cab 2, as well as the vehicle frame 4 and the subframe 5.
  • the pivotable cover 3 is arranged, which by means of the storage points 9 Hydraulic cylinder 8 is pivoted up.
  • Hydraulic cylinder 8 is pivoted up.
  • a lock 6 is used to hold the closed container.
  • the rear cover 3 carries a frustoconical sheet on which the helical press screw 12 is arranged.
  • the large ball bearing 7 is fixedly connected to the collecting container 1 by means of a flange 22 on its outer ring 7a. Inside the collecting container 1 there is an additional screw plate 13 for further transportation of the waste in a known manner.
  • FIG. 2 shows the rear storage in a top view without showing the collecting container 1 or the rear cover 3.
  • a bearing plate 10 which is fastened to the inner ring of the large ball bearing 7 is supported on a bracket 21 which is fastened to the auxiliary frame 5, in the form that the vertical bearing plate 10 is held in the axial direction by two bolts 19, 20 and is additionally held against slipping in a direction transverse to the direction of travel by a pin 16.
  • 21 sliding points are provided on both sides of the bracket, at which sliding shoes 17, 18 connected to the bearing plate 10 are welded.
  • two latches 23, 24 are also provided, with the aid of which the rear cover 3 is prevented from swinging up.
  • the locking takes place, for example, by means of two hydraulic cylinders 6a, 6b.
  • the oil motor 11 is also fastened to the bearing plate 10 with the flange-mounted gear 14 or is mounted in the box girder integrated in the bearing plate 10.
  • Fig. 3 shows the rear view of the refuse vehicle according to the invention
  • the bearing plate 10 in the lower region of the inner ring of the large ball bearing 7 is arranged.
  • the two interlocks 23, 24 and the oil motor 11 with the drive pinion 15 are mounted on the enlarged bearing plate 10.
  • a segment-like bearing plate 26 is also provided on the inner ring of the large ball bearing and supports the outer frame 25.
  • the bearing points 9, 9a for the rear cover 3 and the mounting of the opening cylinders 8 are also provided.
  • the bearing plates 10, 27, 26 arranged on the inner ring form the basis for the enclosing box girder 25, the bearing forces of which therefore only act on the inner ring of the large ball bearing 7.
  • Fig. 4 shows a cross section through the large ball bearing 7 for an example embodiment.
  • the collecting container 1 is firmly connected to the outer ring 7a of the large ball bearing 7 by means of a flange 22 with the aid of screws 29 arranged on the circumference.
  • the inner ring 7b which is arranged at a certain distance from the outer surface of the container, is firmly screwed to the bearing plate 10 by means of screws 30.
  • the plates are provided for the construction of the enclosing box girder 25.
  • the outer ring 7a of the large ball bearing 7 is provided with spur gear teeth 28. This offers the great advantage of an enormous space saving of the drive unit and an optimal transmission of the torque to the collecting container 1.
  • the large ball bearing 7 is provided as close as possible to the conical part 1a of the collecting container.
  • FIG. 5 shows another embodiment of the refuse vehicle according to the invention, the outer ring of the large ball bearing 7 not being toothed, but merely serving for centering toothed segments 28 attached from the outside.
  • the flange plate 22 represents the connection between the toothed segments 28 and the collecting container 1.
  • the box girder 25 is in turn connected to the stationary inner ring 7b of the large ball bearing 7 by means of the bearing plates 26, 27.
  • FIG. 6 shows another embodiment variant, wherein the flange plate 22 carries bevel gear segments 31, which are set in rotation by means of a bevel gear pinion 32.
  • the axis of the oil motor 11 would be at this Embodiment lie in a plane which is perpendicular to the longitudinal plane of the vehicle.
  • the garbage truck within the scope of the invention; Of course, many other variants are possible without leaving the scope of the inventive concept.
  • the transmission of the drive forces to the outer ring 7a of the large ball bearing 7 can also be carried out by several oil motors 11, which can be arranged above or below the center line.
  • the flange plate 22 is arranged in the illustrated embodiments between the large ball bearing 7 and in the direction of the cab 2. Of course, this flange plate 22 can also be arranged on the rear side, in which case the fixed bearing plate 10 then lies on the opposite side of this flange plate 22.
