Claims (4)

  1. Eine Vorrichtung zum überführen des untersten Bogens eines Stapels auf eine nachfolgende Bearbeitungsstation in einer platten- oder bogenartige Werkstücke verarbeitenden Maschine zum Herstellen von Packungen mit :
    - einem überführungstisch (1) mit wenigstens einer Gruppe von Düsen (3, 4), die alle in der gleichen Gruppe gleichzeitig mit Hilfe von Steuermitteln (G₁ bis G₃, T₁ bis T₃, 2) abwechslungsweise entweder mit einer Saugquelle für die Funktion als Saugnäpfe verbunden werden, um es dem Saugtisch (1) zu ermöglichen, die Bogen zu erfassen und zu übertragen, oder am Ende der Überführung an eine Druckquelleangeschlossen werden können, um den Bogen durch Druckwirkung vom Tisch (1) zu trennen, zu verbinden, wobei die Steuermittel (G₁ bis G₃, T₁ bis T₃, 2) mit einem festen Gehäuse (2) einschliesslich einer Eingangssaugkammer und eier Eingangsdruckkammer (AS, PS) sowie Ausgangskammern (S₁ bis S₃) versehen sind;
    - einem Gestell (B) für den Saugtisch (1); und
    - Führungsmitteln (90, 91, 92) für den Saugtisch (1), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass :
    - die Steuermittel (G₁ bis G₃, T₁ bis T₃, 2) eine Verteilwelle (D) umfassen, die quer zur Bogenüberführungsrichtung angeordnet ist, wobei an der Radialperipherie der besagten Verteilwelle mehrere Leitungen angeordnet sind, die die Form von Nuten (Ra, Rp, R₁ bis R₃) aufweisen und dazu bestimmt sind, je nach der Winkelstellung der Verteilwelle (D) die Eingangskammern AS, PS mit den Ausgangskammern (S₁ bis S₃) zu verbinden;
    - das Gehäuse (2) auf einer Seite mit mehreren Leitungen (T₁ bis T₃) verlängert ist, die in der Überführungsrichtung angeordnet und mit den Ausgangskammern (S₁ bis S₃) verbunden sind;
    - im Gestell (B) des Saugtisches (1) mehrere Führungsöffnungen (G₁ bis G₃) vorgesehen sind, in welchen jeweils eine der Leitungen (T₁ bis T₃) frei und dicht gleiten können, damit die Verschiebung des Saugtisches (1) in bezug auf das feste Gehäuse (2) bei der Bogenüberführung gewährleistet wird;
    - Öffnungen (L₄ bis L₆) auf allen Leitungen (T₁ bis T₃) vorgesehen und dazu bestimmt sind, je nach Längsstellung der verschiedenen Führungsöffnungen (G₁ bis G₃) vor die entsprechenden Öffnungen (L₁ bis L₃) an den Führungsöffnungen (G₁ bis G₃) zu stehen kommen sollen, um den unter Druck oder Vakuum stehenden Innenraum der Leitungen (T₁ bis T₃) mit den Hauptleitungen (10, 11) zu verbinden, die im Innern des Gestells (B) vorgesehen und mit den verschiedenen Düsen (3, 4) verbunden sind.
  2. Vorrichtung gemäss Patentanspruch 1, mit einer ersten Gruppe von grossen Düsen (3) im hinteren Teil des Saugtisches und einer zweiten Gruppe von kleinen Düsen (4) im vorderen Teil des Saugtisches, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie drei Führungsöffnungen (G₁ bis G₃) und drei entsprechende Leitungen (T₁ bis T₃) umfasst, wobei die erste Führungsöffnung und die entsprechende Leitung (G₁, T₁) zur Verteilung des Drucks auf die kleinen und grossen Düsen (4, 3), die zweite Führungsöffnung und die entsprechende Leitung (G₂, T₂) zur Verteilung der Saugung auf die grossen Düsen (3) und die dritte Führungsöffnung und die entsprechende Leitung (G₃, T₃) zur Verteilung der Saugung auf die kleinen Düsen (4) dienen, dass die Verteilwelle (D) hohl und mit einer ersten Gruppe von Nuten (Ra, Rp) sowie einer zweiten Gruppe von Nuten (R₁, R₂, R₃) versehen ist, welch letztere demjenigen der ersten Gruppe genau gegenüberliegen, wobei die Nuten (R₁, R₂, R₃) der zweiten Gruppe mit dem Innenraum der Verteilwelle (D) über Radialöffnungen (O₁ bis O₃) so verbunden sind, dass bei einer Drehung von 360° der Verteilwelle (D), die einem vollständigen Vorwärts- und Rückwärtszyklus des Saugtisches (1) bei der Überführung eines Bogens entspricht, die Eingangsdruckkammer (PS), wenn sich der Saugtisch (1) im vorderen Teil seines Laufs befindet, mit dem gemeinsamen Leitungen (10, 11) der kleinen und grossen Düsen (4, 3) durch wenigstens eine Öffnung (L₄) am vorderen Ende der ersten, besagten Leitung (T₁) verbunden wird, um den Druck auf die kleinen und grossen Düsen (4, 3) zu verteilen.
  3. Vorrichtung gemäss Patentanspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mit einem Mechanismus zur Verstellung des Saugbeginns eines Überführungszyklus durch Winkelverstellung der Verteilwelle (D) entsprechend der Formatlänge des im Stapel enthaltenen Bogens versehen ist.
  4. Vorrichtung gemäss einem der vorerwähnten Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Körper einer grossen Düse (3) ein erstes, festes Rohr (30), ein zweites, festes Rohr (31), das mit dem ersten Rohr (30) eine erste, dichte Kammer (33) bildet, und ein drittes, bewegliches Rohr (32) umfasst, auf welchem ein Saugnapf (37) angeordnet ist und das mit einem zweiten Rohr (31) eine zweite, dichte Kammer (34) bildet, wobei die beiden Kammern (33, 34) über weitere Radialöffnungen (35, 36) mit dem Innenraum des ersten Rohrs (30) so verbunden sind, dass, wenn das letztere unter Vakuum steht, sich ein Druckunterschied zwischen den beiden Kammern (33, 34) bildet, der die Verschiebung des dritten Rohrs (32) bewirkt.
