Claims (3)
- Un dispositif, en forme d'unité compacte, de conditionnement de l'air atmosphérique dans des salles de domicile et de travail, comprenant un boîtier rectangle, danslequel les accessoires pour le conditionnement sont enfermés, ledit boîtier consistant entièrement de matière plastique sans parties métalliques, caractérisé en ce que toutes les parois dudit boîtier (1) consistent de deux tôles lisses de résine polyester rigide avec renforcement de fibres de verre tissues, parmi lesquelles une couche épaisse de mousse rigide (9) de polyuréthane a été posée, ladite mousse comprenant des vacuoles obturées, et les bords (8) d'assemblage des parois sont formés en profils Z, au fin d'assemblage comme un entaillage, raccordé par un joint collé.
- Un dispositif selon la revendication 1,caractérisé en ce que l'épaisseur des parties des parois est 40 mm environ, et que le matériel des parois donne une valeur isolante contre la chaleur R d'environ 1.7 m².h.°C /Kcal, donc un coefficient de transmission de chaleur K de 0.59 Kcal/m².h.⁰C seulement.
- Un procédé de fabrication de parties de parois de matière isolante thermique d'un équippement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'une couche épaisse de mousse de polyuréthane (9), comprenant des vacuoles obturées, est profilée aux côtés en forme Z avec saillie et apportée entre deux plaques de fibres de verre tissues, lesdites plaques sont soumises à l'impregnation par la résine de polyester liquide avec durcisseur, lesdites couches sont collées à la couche épaisse de mousse de polyuréthane (9), par pression dans une moule, et les bords (8) des sections des parois sont encollés l'un à l'autre par une couche de colle de matière plastique.
