Claims (5)
- Procédé pour influer sur la structure d'une zone marginale formée dans un moule en sable lors de la solidification d'un alliage métallique en fusion, caractérisé en ce qu'on applique, sur l'étendue de la surface de contact du moule en sable avec l'alliage métallique en fusion, une solution aqueuse d'un composé d'antimoine.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'on pulvérise ou on applique par enduction ou par immersion la solution sur la surface du moule en sable.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'on ajoute, à la solution, des substances augmentant la viscosité.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'on ajoute, à la solution, des liants céramiques ou à base de silicates.
- Utilisation du procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4 pour fabriquer des composants métalliques soumis à une usure, par exemple pour la construction automobile.
