Claims (8)
- Corps de bobine ouvert, fendu ou fermé (15,27, 36), pour le bobinage entièrement automatique de systèmes de noyaux fermés (22,28,37), de types de géométrie différents, et qui possède des broches de raccordement (16 à 21; 29 à 34; 39 à 42), qui tournent conjointement pendant l'opération de bobinage et qui sont raccordées aux extrémités du fil du bobinage, caractérisé par le fait que les broches (16 à 21; 29 à 34; 39 à 42) sont montées mobiles de telle sorte qu'elles font saillie de la même manière des deux côtés du corps de bobine (15,27,37) et que les broches de raccordement (16 à 21; 29 à 34; 39 à 42) sont repoussées vers le bas à la suite du bobinage de sorte que les extrémités raccordées du fil du bobinage sont protégées.
- Procédé pour fabriquer une bobine pour des inductances, des transformateurs ou analogues en utilisant un corps de bobine selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à amener d'abord le fil de bobine au moyen d'une buse, à enrouler le début du fil sur une broche de raccordement, à effectuer le bobinage d'une première chambre de bobinage par une rotation du corps de bobine et à enrouler ensuite le fil sur une deuxième broche de raccordement.
- Procédé suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que lors du bobinage de plusieurs chambres d'enroulement, on relie le fil de bobine, après le bobinage des chambres de bobinage, directement à la broche de raccordement de la chambre de bobinage suivante et qu'une fois terminée la fabrication du composant, on sectionne le fil entre les chambres de bobinage.
- Procédé suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que lors du bobinage de plusieurs chambres de bobinage, on sectionne le fil de bobine entre l'opération de bobinage des chambres de bobinage.
- Procédé suivant l'une des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé par le fait que le corps de bobine est entraîné positivement ou par une liaison par formes complémentaires.
- Procédé suivant l'une des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à effectuer l'opération de bobinage de plusieurs chambres de bobinage simultanément au moyen d'un nombre correspondant d'alimentations en fil.
- Procédé suivant l'une des revendications 2 à 6, caractérisé par le fait qu'on fixe le corps de bobine une fois réalisé le bobinage.
- Procédé suivant l'une des revendications 2 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'on effectue l'établissement de contact sur le corps de bobine au moyen d'un adaptateur.
