Abstract

Le granulé à additifs détergents décrit comprend un noyau avec un additif détergent primaire entouré par une enveloppe comprenant un additif détergent secondaire, un liant et des agents de granulation, ainsi qu'éventuellement une charge, une couche de revêtement protectrice étant en outre placée entre le noyau et l'enveloppe. L'enveloppe comprend des fibres de cellulose ou des fibres artificielles et le noyau comprend facultativement des fibres de cellulose ou des fibres artificielles. Le granulé à additifs détergents présente une résistance physique élevée et les additifs détergents primaire et secondaire sont séparés l'un de l'autre et/ou des facteurs environnants nocifs. Le granulé à additifs détergents est produit par introduction de ses composants dans un tambour de granulation. Ce procédé de production est facilement commandable et est adapté pour être appliqué à une échelle industrielle.
