Claims (10)

  1. Elektromagnet, insbesondere für einen Schütz, mit einer Spule (11), die auf einen Körper (12) aufgewickelt und einem Magnetkreis zugeordnet ist, der aus einem ortsfesten (14) und einem beweglichen Magnetanker (15) besteht, wobei dieser letztere sich entlang einer bestimmten Achse (XX) bewegen kann, um eine Ruhestellung und eine Arbeitsstellung einzunehmen, wobei der feste und der bewegliche Magnetanker (14, 15) je einerseits eine Seele (32), die einen zentralen Kern (18, 20) aus Magnetmaterial trägt, der sich in einem zentralen Bereich des Körpers (12) der Spule (11) befindet und zentrale Polflächen aufweist, und andererseits zwei Flügel (33, 34) enthalten, in denen Zähne (38, 40) und Vertiefungen (43, 45) ausgeschnitten sind, die den Vertiefungen und Zähnen des anderen Teils entsprechen, um seitliche Polflächen zu bilden, die in Bezug auf die Verschiebeachse (XX) des beweglichen Magnetankers (15) schräg sind,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der feste und der bewegliche Magnetanker je ein U-förmiges Teil (17, 19) enthalten, das aus einem dünnen Blech aus Magnetmaterial ausgeschnitten ist und das die Seele und die Flügel enthält, und daß ein Magnetspaltteil (30, 31) aus unmagnetischem Material den Flanken (38a, 38b; 39a, 39b; 40a, 40b) entgegengesetzter Schrägungen auf seitlichen Polflächen mindestens eines Flügels des U-förmigen Teils (17, 19) zugeordnet ist.
  2. Elektromagnet nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Magnetspaltteil (30, 31) einerseits mindestens eine Wand (50), die auf eine Fläche des Flügels (33) aufgelegt ist, und andererseits Trennwände (51) senkrecht zur Wand aufweist, die sich auf den Flanken (38a, 38b; 39a, 39b; 40a, 40b) entgegengesetzter Schrägungen der seitlichen Polflächen befinden und deren Dicke deren Magnetspalt definiert.
  3. Elektromagnet nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das auf ein U-förmiges Teil (17, 19) aufgelegte Magnetspaltteil (30, 31) mindestens ein Führungselement (52) aufweist, das mit einem Element (37) komplementärer Form zusammenwirkt, das in dem anderen U-förmigen Teil vorgesehen ist.
  4. Elektromagnet nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wand (50) des gegen die Oberfläche des Flügels (33) des U-förmigen Teils (17, 19) angelegten Magnetspaltteils (30, 31) Vorsprünge (53) aufweist, die in im Flügel vorgesehene Löcher (54) eingefügt oder eingehakt sind.
  5. Elektromagnet nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die U-förmigen Teile (17, 19) des festen Magnetankers und des beweglichen Magnetankers identisch sind.
  6. Elektromagnet nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein erster Kern (18, 20) ohne axiales Spiel an einem ersten entsprechenden Magnetanker (17, 19) befestigt ist, während der zweite Kern (20, 18) am zweiten Magnetanker (19, 17) mit einem axialen Spiel (j) befestigt ist, das dem Aufsetzen des zweiten Kerns auf dem ersten Kern und des zweiten Ankers auf dem ersten Anker entspricht.
  7. Elektromagnet nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Kontaktträger (16) an der Seele (32) des U-förmigen Teils (19) des beweglichen Ankers befestigt ist, wobei der Kontaktträger Haken (27) aufweist, die Öffnungen (28) der Seele durchqueren und die sich in Aushöhlungen (29) geringer Höhe eines Schilds (24) des Körpers (12) der Spule einfügen können.
  8. Elektromagnet nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Magnetspaltteil (30, 31) einerseits mindestens eine Wand (50) parallel zur Verschiebeachse (XX) des beweglichen Ankers (15) und andererseits Trennwände (51) senkrecht zur Wand aufweist, die sich auf Flanken (38a, 38b; 39a, 39b; 40a, 40b) entgegengesetzter Schrägungen der seitlichen Polflächen befinden und deren Dicke deren Magnetspalt definiert.
  9. Elektromagnet nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Magnetspaltteil (30, 31) mindestens ein Führungselement (52) aufweist, das mit einem Element (37) komplementärer Form im anderen Anker (19, 17) zusammenwirkt.
  10. Elektromagnet nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der feste und der bewegliche Kern (18, 20) zentrale konische Polflächen definieren.
