Claims (9)

  1. Dispositif pour la limitation de la pression de fermeture d'un outil avec poinçon et matrice, caractérisé par un piston plongeur (2) connecté au poinçon (13) et aménagé dans une chambre (4) remplie d'un liquide, et par un accumulateur de pression (3) accouplé à la chambre (4) et répondant à une valeur de la pression dans la chambre (4) qui correspond à une pression de fermeture nominale, pour prolonger la course entre le poinçon (13) et la matrice.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'accumulateur de pression (3) est un accumulateur à piston.
  3. Dispositif selon une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'accumulateur de pression (3) est muni d'une soupape de neutralisation (24) pour ajuster sans pression le piston plongeur (2).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la soupape de neutralisation (24) débouche du côté admission dans la chambre (4).
  5. Dispositif selon une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'accumulateur de pression (3) possède un boitier cylindrique avec une partie inférieure (15) ayant à une extrémité un orifice (16) débouchant dans la chambre (4) et à l'autre extrémité un couvercle de fermeture (17) pour fermer la partie inférieure (15), un accumulateur à piston (18) étant aménagé à coulisse dans la partie inférieure du boîtier (15) et divisant la cavité dans le boîtier en une chambre à liquide (19) et une chambre à gaz (20), et comportant un piston à soupape (21) aménagé à coulisse dans la chambre à liquide (19) pour ouvrir, respectivement pour fermer, l'orifice (16) dans le boîtier.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le piston à soupape (21) a une embase tubulaire (25) ayant une surface de siège à l'extérieur coopérant avec une surface de siège dans l'orifice (16) pour séparer la chambre à liquide (19) de l'accumulateur de pression (3) contre la chambre (4), et ayant une surface de siège à l'intérieur coopérant avec une surface de siège du corps de soupape de la soupape de neutralisation (24) pour ajuster sans pression le piston plongeur (2).
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce qu'un ressort (22) est prévu pour pousser le piston à soupape (21) contre la surface de siège dans l'orifice (16) de l'accumulateur de pression (3).
  8. Dispositif selon une des revendications 5 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'un ressort (23) est prévu pour la pré-tension du piston accumulateur (18) contre la chambre à liquide (19).
  9. Dispositif selon une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le piston plongeur (2) est aménagé dans un porte-outil (1) et muni d'une aiguille indicatrice (9), et en ce que le porte-outil (1) est muni d'une échelle (10) pour ajuster le piston plongeur (2) à l'intérieur de la chambre (4).
