Dans un dispositif destiné à l'alimentation d'une matière fibreuse sous forme de flocons à destination de machines de traitement muni d'un conduit de remplissage supérieur (1) disposé dans un boîtier, ledit conduit possède sur sa partie inférieure un cylindre d'alimentation (8) qui coopère avec un cylindre frappeur ou ouvreur (9) d'où part tangentiellement un conduit d'alimentation (6), le conduit de remplissage (1) ainsi que le conduit d'alimentation (6) présentant une paroi (2, 11) au moins partiellement perméable à l'air, une compression pneumatique intervenant en outre dans le conduit d'alimentation par insufflation d'un flux d'air de compression (C) et le flux d'air de transport (A) étant évacué sur la paroi (2) perméable à l'air du conduit de remplissage (1), il est prévu que le flux d'air de transport (A) soit évacué dans un conduit d'évacuation (3, 4) essentiellement parallèle aux conduits de remplissage et d'alimentation (1, 6) à l'intérieur du boîtier (7) jusqu'à un raccord d'évacuation d'air (5) se trouvant en aval de la paroi (11) perméable à l'air du conduit d'alimentation, qu'à un point de dérivation entre le conduit de remplissage (1) et le conduit d'alimentation (6) un flux d'air partiel (B) du flux d'air de transport (A) soit introduit dans le conduit d'alimentation (6) comme flux d'air de compression (C) et que le flux d'air de compression (D) sortant de la paroi (11) perméable à l'air du conduit d'alimentation soit introduit, en aval du point de dérivation, dans le conduit d'évacuation d'air (4).

Claims (4)

  1. Dispositif pour l'alimentation d'une matière fibreuse sous forme de flocons vers des machines de transformation (20), à puits de remplissage supérieur (1), disposé dans un boîtier (7), à l'extrémité inférieure duquel est disposé un cylindre d'alimentation (8), qui coopère avec un cylindre batteur ou ouvreur (9), duquel descend tangentiellement un puits d'alimentation (6), dispositif dans lequel aussi bien le puits de remplissage (1) que le puits d'alimentation (6) présente au moins une paroi de puits (2, 11) au moins partiellement perméable à l'air, dans lequel, à l'intérieur du puits d'alimentation (6) se produit en outre, par soufflage d'un courant d'air de compression (C) une compression pneumatique et dans lequel est évacué, au niveau de la paroi de puits (2) perméable à l'air du puits de remplissage (1), le courant d'air de transport (A), caractérisé en ce
    - que le courant d'air de transport (A) est évacué, par un puits d'évacuation d'air (3, 4) sensiblement parallèle aux puits de remplissage et d'alimentation (1, 6), à l'intérieur du boîtier (7), vers un raccordement d'évacuation d'air (5) disposé en aval de la paroi de puits (11), perméable à l'air, du puits d'alimentation,
    - qu'à un embranchement entre le puits de remplissage (1) et le puits d'alimentation (6) est amené dans le puits d'alimentation (6), en tant que courant d'air de compression (C), un courant d'air partiel (B) du courant d'air de transport (A), et
    - que le courant d'air de compression (D), sortant de la paroi de puits (11) perméable à l'air du puits d'alimentation (6), est amené dans le puits d'évacuation d'air (4), en aval de l'embranchement.
  2. Dispositif suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le courant d'air partiel (B) dérivé est orienté sur le point de serrage entre le cylindre d'alimentation (8) et le cylindre batteur (9).
  3. Dispositif suivant la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le courant d'air partiel (B) entre, de manière pulsante, par un dispositif d'obturation à fonctionnement intermittent.
  4. Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le puits d'évacuation d'air (4) peut être obturé de manière intermittente, du moins en partie, en aval de la paroi de puits (2) perméable à l'air du puits de remplissage (1), par des dispositifs d'obturation (12).
