Claims (5)

  1. Unité broche et douille à lames de contact, dans laquelle la broche de contact (3) présente deux branches (5) sensiblement parallèles, délimitant un trou longitudinal (4) obtenu par découpage à la matrice, faisant ressort l'une sur l'autre, servant à l'enfoncement dans une ouverture de plaquette et auxquelles est associé un épaulement d'une pièce support (8) servant à limiter la course d'enfoncement, unité dans laquelle la douille à lames de contact (2) comporte une pluralité de lames de contact (9),lesquelles, à distance de l'axe de la douille, vont sensiblement de la zone de l'épaulement de la pièce support (8) à la zone de l'ouverture avant (13) d'introduction de broche et présentent dans leur secteur médian le plus petit écartement par rapport à l'axe de la douille, caractérisée en ce que la broche de contact (3) est une pièce découpée indépendante de la pièce support (8), laquelle présente l'épaulement servant à limiter la course d'enfoncement, et qu'elle peut être reliée à la pièce support (8) par l'intermédiaire d'un élément (6,7) de jonction par blocage.
  2. Unité selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la pièce support (8) est pourvue d'un alésage de blocage (7) ouvert sur le côté opposé à la douille à lames de contact (2), alésage dans lequel peut être introduite l'extrémité arrière (6) de la broche de contact (3), avec réalisation d'une jonction par blocage.
  3. Unité selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que l'extrémité arrière (6) de la broche de contact (3) possède une section rectangulaire, carrée de préférence, et que l'écartement des bords de la broche diamétralement opposés entre eux est adapté au diamètre de l'alésage de blocage (7).
  4. Unité selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que deux côtés de l'extrémité (6) de la broche opposés entre eux sont pourvus d'un cintrage (19) dirigé vers l'axe de la broche, sensiblement parallèle à l'axe
  5. Unité selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que, par analogie à la broche de contact (3), son extrémité (6) présente deux branches de blocage (21) délimitant un- trou longitudinal de blocage (20) obtenu par découpage à la matrice, formant ressort l'une sur l'autre et pouvant être introduites dans l'alésage de blocage (7).
