Claims (9)

  1. Vorrichtung zur Rauchbeseitigung für Gebäudefassaden mit einem Gestell aus zwei Grundbestandteilen, nämlich einem Rahmen (10) und einem Öffnungsteil (12), wobei der letztere eine eine schnelle Öffnung gewährleistende Einrichtung aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Steuerungssystem (14),
    das Ausstoßsystem (20), das mittels eines L-förmigen Hebels (20) gebildet ist, der um eine Achse (22) drehbar und in dem vertikalen Ständer des Rahmens (10) befestigt ist, wobei der kürzere Arm (26) dieses Hebels mit einer Rückstelleinrichtung wie z.B. einer Zugfeder (24) oder jedem anderen Federtyp, der die gleichen Funktionen erfüllt, versehen ist, und das Ende des längeren Arms (28) des Hebels durch jede geeignete Einrichtung wie z.B. insbesondere eine Kugelrolle oder eine Anti-Friktions-Kufe auf dem Öffnungsteil zur Anlage kommen kann,
    die Dämpfungs- und Ausgleichungssysteme (30,32), die mittels eines einfach wirkenden Kolben/-Zylinderaggregats (30) und einer Feder (32) gebildet sind, wobei der Zylinder des Aggregats auf einem im Tragelement des Rahmens (10) befestigten Teil (34) und der Kolben (36) auf einer am Öffnungsteil (12) befestigten Grundplatte (38) angebracht ist, und wobei ein Ende der Feder (32) auf dem Teil (34) angebracht ist und das andere in einem in der Grundplatte (38) vorgesehenen Langloch (40) beweglich angeordnet ist,
    und die Wiederschließungssysteme (42,44,48;58,62) des Öffnungsteils in dem Rahmen des Gestells integriert sind, wobei letzteres als Verkleidung für sämtliche dieser Systeme dient.
  2. Vorrichtung zur Rauchbeseitigung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verriegelungssystem des Öffnungsteils (12) mechanisch gesteuert wird, wobei dieses durch die fortgesetzte Spannung eines auf dem oberen Querträger des Öffnungsteils (12) befestigten Kabels (14) in Schließstellung gehalten wird, wobei der Durchlauf des Seils, das durch eine außerhalb des Gestells liegende Winde betätigt wird, im Inneren des Profils des Rahmens stattfindet.
  3. Vorrichtung zur Rauchbeseitigung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verriegelungssystem des Öffnungsteils mechanisch gesteuert wird, wobei dieses durch einen Riegel in Schließstellung gehalten wird, der durch ein Kabel gesteuert wird, das mit einer außerhalb des Gestells liegenden Steuereinrichtung verbunden ist, wobei der Riegel (16) in dem oberen Querträger des Rahmens eingebaut ist und ein auf der Innenseite des oberen Querträgers des Öffnungsteils befestigtes Schließteil (18) hält.
  4. Vorrichtung zur Rauchbeseitigung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verriegelungssystem des Öffnungsteils (12) elektrisch gesteuert wird, wobei es in der Schließstellung gehalten wird durch einen im oberen Querträger des Rahmens (10) eingebauten elektromagnetischen Riegel und ein an der Innenseite des oberen Querträgers des Öffnungsteils befestigtes Schließteil, wobei die Stromzuführungskabel des Riegels innen am Profil des Rahmens angebracht sind.
  5. Vorrichtung zur Rauchbeseitigung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verriegelungssystem des Öffnungsteils (12) pneumatisch gesteuert wird, wobei es in der Schließstellung gehalten wird durch einen im oberen Querträger des Rahmens (10) eingebauten Riegel und ein an der Innenseite des oberen Querträgers des aufklappbaren Teils befestigtes Schließteil, wobei die pneumatischen Zuführungsleitungen des Steuerungssystems des Riegels innen am Profil des Rahmens angebracht sind.
  6. Vorrichtung zur Rauchbeseitigung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Wiederschließungssystem des Öffnungsteils (12) mechanischer Art mit Seil und Winde ist, wobei sich das Seil im Inneren des Profils des Rahmens (10) hindurchbewegt.
  7. Verfahren zur Rauchbeseitigung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Wiederschließungssystem des Öffnungsteils (12) elektrischer Art ist und eine elektrische Hubvorrichtung enthält aus
    - einer Endlosschnecke (42), die von einem Getriebemotor (44) längs einer Laufbahn mitgenommen wird, die gleich der Hälfte eines jeden der Seilenden (14',14'') des Seils ist, das das Öffnungsteil und den Rahmen verbindet,
    - einem Hebel (48), der durch eine Zugfeder (50) zurückgestellt werden kann, und der sich über die Länge der Schnecke bewegen kann und auf dem ein Paar Seilscheiben (52,52') angebracht ist, auf denen die Enden (14',14'') des Seils aufgerollt sind,
    - und einer Mutter (46) im Eingriff mit dieser Schnecke, die auf den Hebel wirkt, um die Wiederverschließung des Öffnungsteils zu steuern.
  8. Verfahren zur Rauchbeseitigung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei der Wiederverschließung des Öffnungsteils die Spannung der Enden (14',14'') des Seils (14), die auf die auf einer Gleitführung angebrachte Ausgleichscheibe (70) ausgeübt wird, auf ein Seil (72) unter einer flexiblen Hülle wirkt, wobei das Seil, das auf eine Getriebevorrichtung wirkt, die automatische Rückstellung eines elektromagnetischen Riegels gewährleistet.
  9. Vorrichtung zur Rauchbeseitigung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Wiederverschließungssystem des Öffnungsteils pneumatisch ist und eine pneumatische doppelt wirkende Hubvorrichtung (58) enthält, deren Weg halb so groß ist wie der zum Wiederverschließen des Öffnungsteils erforderliche und ein Paar Seilscheiben (64,64'), die auf dem das Getriebe bildenden Teil befestigt und mit einer Rückstelleinrichtung (66) versehen sind, wobei das aus dem Getriebe (62) und den Seilscheiben (64,64') gebildete System den Schaft (60) der Hubvorrichtung (58) entlang geführt wird und eines der Seilenden (14',14'') über jede der genannten Seilscheiben und über eine weitere am Rahmen befestigte Seilscheibe (68) führt.
