Abstract

La barquette pour emballages destinés à la vente de produits alimentaires, p.ex. de viande fraîche ou de fruits, présente un fond et un rebord l'entourant, ainsi que, sur le fond, une couche absorbante en tissu de cellulose répondant aux exigences de l'hygiène alimentaire. La barquette est composée de trois couches (20, 24, 26), à savoir d'une couche inférieure donnant la forme (20) et constituant la surface externe en matériau fibreux, en particulier en pâte mécanique, pâte chimique ou mi-chimique et de préférence en carton, d'une couche intermédiaire (24) aussi mince que possible en un matériau hydrophobe et résistant à la graisse, p.ex. un film de polyéthylène ou de vernis, et d'une couche supérieure absorbante (26) en tissu de cellulose formant la surface interne.
