Claims (12)

  1. Opération pour affranchir la marchandise postale par communication d'un appareil terminal -installé au niveau de l'usager- d'un système de télécommunication avec une centrale de traitement de données, étant mise en sûreté au moyen d'un chiffrement cryptographique la transmission des données entre l'appareil terminal et la centrale de traitement de données, et avec une conduite de recharge avec un avoir et conduite d'affranchissement par un dispositif d'affranchissement,
    caractérisée par les faits de:
    - sauvegarder des parties de l'image constantes de l'image d'affranchissement par une sauvegarde constante dans l'appareil terminal,
    - envoyer des données de demande, pour produire des données d'affranchissement en relation avec l'envoi de données de demande de crédit, à la centrale de traitement de données pour la comptabilité centrale des frais de port,
    - envoyer au moins une partie importante d'une image d'affranchissement qui correspond à la demande d'affranchissement, laquelle image rehausse la sécurité en face d'une manipulation, à l'appareil terminal en relation avec la recharge de l'avoir,
    - compléter l'image d'affranchissement dans l'appareil terminal par les parties constantes de l'image emmagasinées dans la sauvegarde constante avant d'effectuer l'affranchissement.
  2. Opération d'après la revendication 1, caractérisée par ce que le champ de publicité et le cas échéant la donnée pour l'encadrement de l'impression du port avec indication de lieu, code postal et date, forment les parties de l'image constantes sauvegardées.
  3. Opération d'après les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée par une passation en compte de chaque affranchissement dans une boite à port (16) mise sous sécurité et se trouvant dans l'appareil terminal (1), et une communication entre la centrale de traitement des données et la boite à port (16) pour décompter les frais (de port) et remplir du montant de l'avoir.
  4. Indication pour procéder à l'opération d'après la revendication 1 pour affranchir ae la marchandise postale avec un appareil terminal (1) -installé au niveau de l'usager- d'un système de télécommunication, avec des moyens (9,10,14,17) pour envoyer des données de demande de crédit à la centrale de traitement de données pour la comptabilité centralisée des frais de port et pour la réception de données de recharge, avec un dispositif d'entrée (7), une annonce (8) et un dispositif d'affranchissement (6) pour le dialogue avec la centrale de traitement de données et pour la sécurité du transfert des données entre l'appareil terminal (1) et la centrale de traitement de données au moyen d'un chiffrement cryptographique de même qu'avec un dispositif d'impression (18), caractérisée par ce que
    - les moyens (9,10,14,17) sont capables d'envoyer des données de demande de crédit à la centrale de traitement de données et de recevoir des données de recharge également pour envoyer des données de demande pour la transmission de parties d'image d'affranchissement importantes et de leur réception; par ce fait: l'appareil terminal (1) est accouplé à la centrale de traitement de données par un modem (10), une ligne de télécommunication (9) et un réseau de télécommunication (17), pour envoyer des données de demande chiffrées et pour recevoir des données transmises chiffrées,
    - le dispositif d'affranchissement (6) dans l'appareil terminal comporte des moyens de sécurité (14,15,16) contre les falsifications, avec boite à port (16) et avec une sauvegarde-graphique constante (15), dans lequel la partie constante de l'image d'affranchissement est emmagasinée, pour assembler avec un microprocesseur (14) une image d'affranchissement à l'aide de la partie d'image d'affranchissement constante et de celle essentielle transmise, et
    - des moyens (14,12) sont en place pour utiliser le dispositif d'impression (18) de l'appareil terminal (1) pour l'empreinte d'affranchissement.
  5. Indication d'après la revendication 4, caractérisée par ce que des sauvegardes constantes sont prévues comme moyens (15) d'emmagasiner les parties de l'image constantes de dans lesquelles sauvegardes dans l'appareil au moins un dans lesquelles sauvegardes est emmagasiné au moins un cliché de publicité comme partie constante, et par ce que le dispositif d'affranchissement (6) est relié au dispositif d'impression (18) par une conduite télécopiante (12); par ce fait: un microprocesseur (14) dirige et surveille la conduite du dispositif d'affranchissement (6) et le changement de la manipulation du télécopieur (12), pour effectuer respectivement l'impression de frais de port et d'affranchissement.
  6. Indication d'après les revendications 4 et 5, caractérisée par ce qu'un ruban encré spécial (4) supplémentaire est prévu seulement pour l'impression d'affranchissement de l'appareil terminal (1) comme sécurité contre une falsification, par ce qu'un contrôle du ruban (5) est prévu pour respectivement la conduite et la surveillance du ruban encré spécial (4) et est relié au microprocesseur (14) du dispositif d'affranchissement (6) ; par ce fait: le ruban encré spécial (4) est libéré après le décompte connu des frais de port de l'empreinte par la boite à port (16) qui prend en compte le montant du port comme solde débiteur.
  7. Indication d'après les revendications 4, 5 et 6, caractérisée par ce qu'un code de sécurité est produit avec les données définissant l'appareil terminal et est imprimé en même temps que les données d'affranchissement.
  8. Indication d'après la revendication 4, caractérisée par ce que des bandes pour l'impression des frais de port sont ajoutées au dispositif d'impression de l'appareil terminal.
  9. Indication d'après les revendications 4 et 8, caractérisée par ce que l'on utilise comme bandes des étiquettes autocollantes et non séparées.
  10. Indication d'après les revendications 4 et 8, caractérisée par ce que les bandes sont menées une par une à partir d'un distributeur de bandes au moyen d'un dispositif de menée vers le dispositif d'impression de l'appareil terminal.
  11. Indication d'après la revendication 4, caractérisée par ce que l'on utilise comme appareil terminal un télécopieur pour le service de télécopie.
  12. Indication d'après la revendication 4, caractérisée par ce que l'on utilise un appareil terminal ISDN multifonction.
