Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Verpackung mit Gegenstand, wobei die Verpackung aus zwei miteinander verbundenen Teilen besteht, zwischen denen der Gegenstand angeordnet ist, und welche jeweils durch eine entsprechend der Form des Gegenstandes profilierte Kunststoffolie gebildet sind, wobei ein Teil der Profilierung durch Vorsprünge und ein weiterer Teil der Profilierung durch Ausnehmungen in beiden Kunststoffolien gebildet ist, und wobei die eine Kunststoffolie die im wesentlichen ebene Rückwand der Verpackung bildet und die andere Kunststoffolie bauchig ausgebildet ist und zur Aufnahme des Gegenstandes dient.
  • Derartige Verpackungen für Gegenstände zu deren Aufbewahrung und Präsentation beispielsweise an Verkaufsständen in Form der sogenannten Blister sind hinlänglich bekannt. Sie bestehen grundsätzlich aus zwei Teilen, zwischen denen der Gegenstand angeordnet ist. Beim einen Teil handelt es sich dabei um einen Karton, welcher die Produktinformationen trägt und der die Rückwand der Verpackung bildet. Auf diesem ebenen Kartonzuschnitt ist dann eine durchsichtige Kunststoffolie befestigt, beispielsweise aufgeklebt. Entsprechend der Form des zu verpackenden Gegenstandes ist diese Kunststoffolie entsprechend profiliert.
  • Aus der FR-A-2 615 830 ist eine Verpackung der gattungsgemäßen Art bekannt, welche insbesondere zur Verpackung von Bremsbelägen dient. Um möglichst Verwechslungen hinsichtlich der richtigen Art der Bremsbeläge ausschließen zu können, sieht die Verpackung ein Deckteil vor, welches einen großen Aufnahmebehälter zur Aufnahme mehrerer Bremsbelagklötze umfaßt. Dieser Deckteil wird durch eine weitere Kunststoffolie verschlossen, welcher eine Profilierung aufweist, durch welche die Beläge in dem Aufnahmebehälter des ersten Teil festgehalten werden. Die Art der Profilierung wird zum Ausgleich des Größenunterschiedes zwischen dem Aufnahmebehälter und den aufzunehmenden Teilen ausgestaltet.
  • Bei der FR-A-2 615 830 weist eine der beiden Folien lediglich einen im wesentlichen rechteckigen Aufnahmebehälter auf, wobei dieser bauchförmige Verpackungsteil durch eine Ausnehmung, die mit Vorsprüngen versehen ist, gebildet wird. Nur durch die Profilierung der anderen Folie, die im wesentlichen ebene Rückwand der Verpackung, die mit Vorsprüngen und Ausnehmungen versehen ist, wird ein möglicher Größenunterschied zwischen dem Aufnahmebehälter und dem Verbund der zu verpackenden Gegenstände ausgeglichen.
  • Die US-A-3 084 791 betrifft ein Verfahren und Vorrichtung zur Verpackung und zum Schutz korrodierbarer Gegenstände. Insbesondere werden darin Verpackungen vorgeschlagen, die aus zwei Formschalen bestehen, und in denen kompliziert geformte und korrodierbare Gegenstände durch Vorsprünge und Ausnehmungen fixiert sind. Die Formschalen werden verschweißt. Anschließend wird die Luft abgesaugt und/oder ein Korrosionsschutzöl eingelassen. In beiden Fällen wird die Stabilität dadurch unterstützt, daß die Vorsprünge durch das Evakuieren an den Gegenstand fest angedrückt werden, oder dadurch, daß die Verpackung durch Öl vollgepumpt wird.
  • Die Stabilität des Verpackungsgesamtverbundes ist dabei ausschließlich abhängig davon, wie exakt und mit welchen genauen Toleranzen die Ausnehmungen und Vorsprünge in den Folienschalen angeordnet sind. Durch die Vorsprünge und Ausnehmungen zum Fixieren des Gegenstandes in der Verpackung werden selbstverständlich an deren Rändern auf sehr geringen Flächen Kräfte in die Verpackung eingeleitet, so daß diese im ungünstigsten Fall sich verformt, verwindet oder dgl.. Ist die Verschweißung zwischen den Folienschalen nicht ausreichend, so öffnet sich die Verpackung unbeabsichtigt.
  • Ein Nachteil bei diesen bekannten Verpackungen ist, daß komplizierte Gegenstände nicht gehalten werden können, beispielsweise Naßrasierapparate sowie der dazugehörige Halter sowie der dazugehörige Spender für die Rasierklingeneinheiten. Die Folge davon ist, daß die in der Verpackung enthaltenen Gegenstände nicht ihre Position beibehalten und somit innerhalb der Verpackung hin- und herwandern. Dies kann bei zusammengesetzten Gegenständen dazu führen, daß diese sich in ihre Einzelteile auflösen, so daß der erwünschte Präsentationscharakter gestört ist. Darüber hinaus klappern die Gegenstände in der Verpackung bei Bewegung.
  • Davon ausgehend liegt der Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine verbesserte Verpackung zu schaffen, die auch von der Form her komplizierte Gegenstände einwandfrei hält.
  • Als technische Lösung wird mit der Erfindung vorgeschlagen, daß die hintere Kunststoffolie nicht vollkommen eben ausgebildet, sondern leicht gekrümmt ist.
  • Vorzugsweise ist dabei die Verpackungsrückseite nach außen gewölbt.
  • Eine nach dieser technischen Lehre ausgebildete Verpackung hat den Vorteil, daß die darin enthaltenen Gegenstände sicher in ihren Positionen gehalten werden, ohne daß die Gefahr besteht, daß die Gegenstände innerhalb der Verpackung bei einer Bewegung verrutschen. Dies gilt insbesondere für von der Form her komplizierte Gegenstände, wie Naßrasierapparate mit dem dazugehörigen Halter sowie einem Spender für die Rasierklingeneinheiten. Durch eine entsprechende Profilierung der beiden Kunststoffolien werden die Gegenstände nach allen Seiten hin sicher gehalten. Die Profilierung der Kunststoffolien muß dabei nicht derart sein, daß die Profilierung exakt der Form des Gegenstandes entspricht. Es genügt, wenn einzelne Profilierungsbereiche der Kunststoffolien den Gegenstand an ganz bestimmten Stellen festhalten, welche ein Verrutschen des Gegenstandes verhindern. Entscheidend ist somit, daß durch die Profilierungen in den Kunststoffolien wirksame Abstützpunkte für den in der Verpackung enthaltenen Gegenstand geschaffen werden.
  • Die Profilierung gemäß der Erfindung ist durch Vorsprünge und Ausnehmungen gebildet. Diese Vorsprünge und Ausnehmungen sind nach innen und nach außen gerichtete Ausbuchtungen im sonst an sich ebenen Kunststoffmaterial. Die Formgebung der Vorsprünge und Ausnehmungen ist dabei beliebig und hängt von der Formgestaltung des Gegenstandes ab, der in der Verpackung angeordnet werden soll.
  • Schließlich wird in einer Weiterbildung der Verpackung vorgeschlagen, daß zusätzlich zwischen den beiden Kunststoffolien ein Karton oder dgl. angeordnet ist. Dieser zusätzliche Karton oder dgl. dient dabei der Aufnahme von Produktinformationen. Die beiden Kunststoffolien der Verpackung bestehen demgegenüber vorzugsweise aus durchsichtigem Kunststoff. Dies gilt insbesondere für die diejenigen Kunststoffolien, welche die vordere Abdeckung definiert. Die hintere Kunststoffolie, welche die Rückseite der Verpackung bildet, kann aber auch aus gefärbtem Kunststoff bestehen.
  • Ein Ausführungsbeispiel einer erfindungsgemäßen Verpackung für Gegenstände wird nachfolgend anhand der Zeichnungen beschrieben. In diesen zeigt:

    eine Vorderansicht der Verpackung mit einem darin angeordneten Gegenstand in Form eines Naßrasierapparates mit zugehörigem Halter und Spender für die Rasierklingeneinheiten;
    Fig. 2
    einen Schnitt entlang der Linie II-II in Fig. 1;
    Fig. 3
    eine Draufsicht auf die Verpackung in Fig. 1 und Fig. 2, wobei jedoch zur Verdeutlichung der Darstellung der Handgriff des Rasierapparates sowie der Ständer des Halters entlang der Linie III-III in Fig. 1 geschnitten ist.
  • In den Zeichnungen ist eine Verpackung 1 zur Aufbewahrung und Präsentation eines Gegenstandes 2 dargestellt. Bei diesem Gegenstand handelt es sich um einen Naßrasierapparat 3 mit einem dazugehörigen Halter 4, in den der Naßrasierapparat 3 eingehängt ist, sowie mit einem Spender 5 für Rasierklingeneinheiten für den Naßrasierapparat 3. Der kastenförmige Spender 5 ist dabei in eine schlitzartige Ausnehmung in Basisteil des Halters 4 hineingesteckt.
  • Die Verpackung 1 besteht aus zwei Kunststoffolien 6, 6' aus durchsichtigem Material, welche aneinanderliegen und randseitig miteinander befestigt sind, beispielsweise durch Verkleben. Wie in der Schnittdarstellung gemäß Fig. 2 erkennbar ist, bildet dabei die eine Kunststoffolie 6 die im wesentlichen ebene Rückwand der Verpackung 1, während die andere Kunststoffolie 6' bauchig ausgebildet ist und der Aufnahme des Gegenstandes 2 dient. Die hintere Kunststoffolie 6 ist dabei nicht vollkommen eben ausgebildet, sondern ist leicht gekrümmt, wie in der Darstellung gemäß Fig. 3 erkennbar ist.
  • Zwischen den beiden Kunststoffolien 6, 6' ist zusätzlich noch ein Karton 7 angeordnet, der eben an der hinteren Kunststoffolie 6 anliegt und der Aufnahme von Produktinformationen dient.
  • Wie bereits erwähnt, ist zwischen den beiden Kunststoffolien 6, 6' der Verpackung 1 der Gegenstand 2 gehalten. Um ein Verrutschen des Gegenstandes zu verhindern, ist dieser derart gehalten, daß er nach allen Seiten hin abgestützt ist. Zu diesen Zweck sind die beiden Kunststoffolien 6, 6' entsprechend profiliert und weisen Vorsprünge 8 und Ausnehmungen 9 auf. In einer derartigen Ausnehmung 9 der hinteren Kunststoffolie 6 kommt beispielsweise der Halter 4 unverrückbar zu liegen, während ansonsten die nasenartigen Vorsprünge 8 Abstützpunkte für den Naßrasierapparat 3 sowie für den Spender 5 bilden. Die Anordnung der Vorsprünge 8 ist dabei derart, daß die Teile klapperfrei und unverrückbar in ihren Positionen gehalten werden.
  • Derart profilierte Kunststoffolien 6, 6' lassen sich problemlos durch Tiefziehen herstellen. Es ist dabei lediglich erforderlich, daß die Kunststoffolien 6, 6' an ganz bestimmten Punkten Abstützstellen schaffen, welche ein unbeabsichtigtes Verrücken des Gegenstandes 2 verhindern.

Claims (2)

  1. Verpackung mit Gegenstand, wobei die Verpackung (1) aus zwei miteinander verbundenen Teilen (6,6') besteht, zwischen denen der Gegenstand angeordnet ist, und welche jeweils durch eine entsprechend der Form des Gegenstandes (2) profilierte Kunststoffolie (6,6') gebildet sind, wobei ein Teil der Profilierung durch Vorsprünge (8) und ein weiterer Teil der Profilierung durch Ausnehmungen (9) in beiden Kunststoffolien (6,6') gebildet ist, wobei
    die eine Kunststoffolie (6) die im wesentlichen ebene Rückwand der Verpackung bildet, während die andere Kunststoffolie (6') bauchig ausgebildet ist und zur Aufnahme des Gegenstandes (2) dient, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die die Rückwand bildende, hintere Kunststoffolie (6) nicht vollkommen eben ausgebildet, sondern leicht gekrümmt ist.
  2. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zusätzlich zwischen den beiden Kunststoffolien (6,6') ein Karton (7) oder dgl. angeordnet ist.
