Definitions

  • the invention relates to a package with an object, the package consisting of two interconnected parts, between which the object is arranged, and which are each formed by a plastic film profiled according to the shape of the object, one part of the profile by projections and another Part of the profiling is formed by recesses in both plastic films, and wherein one plastic film forms the substantially flat rear wall of the packaging and the other plastic film is bulbous and serves to hold the object.
  • Such packaging for objects for their storage and presentation, for example at sales stands in the form of the so-called blister packs, is well known. They basically consist of two parts, between which the object is arranged. One part is a box that carries the product information and forms the back wall of the packaging. A transparent plastic film is then attached, for example glued, to this flat cardboard blank. This plastic film is profiled in accordance with the shape of the object to be packaged.
  • a packaging of the generic type is known, which is used in particular for packaging brake pads.
  • the packaging provides a cover part which comprises a large receptacle for receiving several brake pad blocks. This cover part is closed by a further plastic film, which has a profile through which the coverings are held in the receptacle of the first part.
  • the type of profiling is designed to compensate for the difference in size between the receptacle and the parts to be accommodated.
  • one of the two foils only has a substantially rectangular receptacle, this bulbous packaging part being formed by a recess which is provided with projections. Only by profiling the other film, the essentially flat rear wall of the packaging, which is provided with projections and recesses, is a possible difference in size between the receptacle and the composite of the objects to be packaged compensated.
  • US-A-3 084 791 relates to a method and apparatus for packaging and protecting corrodible objects.
  • packagings consist of two molded shells and in which complicatedly shaped and corrodible objects are fixed by projections and recesses. The molded shells are welded. The air is then drawn off and / or a corrosion protection oil is let in. In both cases, the stability is supported in that the projections are pressed firmly against the object by the evacuation or in that the packaging is pumped full of oil.
  • the stability of the overall packaging assembly depends solely on how exactly and with what exact tolerances the recesses and projections are arranged in the film trays. Due to the projections and recesses for fixing the object in the packaging, forces are of course introduced into the packaging on their edges on very small areas, so that in the worst case this is deformed, twisted or the like. If the welding between the film trays is not sufficient, so the packaging opens unintentionally.
  • a disadvantage with this known packaging is that complicated objects cannot be held, for example wet shavers and the associated holder and the associated dispenser for the razor blade units.
  • the consequence of this is that those contained in the packaging Objects do not keep their position and therefore move back and forth within the packaging. In the case of assembled objects, this can lead to them dissolving into their individual parts, so that the desired presentation character is disturbed. In addition, the objects in the packaging rattle when moving.
  • the object of the invention is to create an improved packaging which also keeps complicated objects flawlessly in terms of shape.
  • the invention proposes that the rear plastic film is not completely flat, but is slightly curved.
  • the back of the packaging is preferably curved outwards.
  • a packaging designed according to this technical teaching has the advantage that the objects contained therein are held securely in their positions without the risk of the objects slipping within the packaging during a movement. This applies in particular to objects of complicated shape, such as wet shavers with the associated holder and a dispenser for the razor blade units.
  • the objects are held securely on all sides by appropriate profiling of the two plastic films.
  • the profiling of the plastic films does not have to be such that the profiling corresponds exactly to the shape of the object. It is sufficient if individual profiling areas of the plastic films hold the object at very specific points which prevent the object from slipping. It is therefore crucial that the profiling in the plastic films creates effective support points for the object contained in the packaging.
  • the profiling according to the invention is formed by projections and recesses. These projections and recesses are inward and outward bulges in the otherwise flat plastic material.
  • the shape of the projections and recesses is arbitrary and depends on the shape of the object that is to be arranged in the packaging.
  • the packaging preferably a box or the like is additionally arranged between the two plastic films.
  • This additional box or the like is used to hold product information.
  • the two plastic films of the packaging preferably consist of transparent plastic. This applies in particular to those plastic films that define the front cover.
  • the rear plastic film, which forms the back of the packaging, can also consist of colored plastic.
  • a packaging 1 for storing and presenting an object 2 is shown.
  • This object is a wet shaver 3 with an associated holder 4, in which the wet shaver 3 is suspended is, as well as with a dispenser 5 for razor blade units for the wet shaver 3.
  • the box-shaped dispenser 5 is inserted into a slot-like recess in the base part of the holder 4.
  • the packaging 1 consists of two plastic films 6, 6 'made of transparent material, which lie against one another and are attached to one another at the edges, for example by gluing. As can be seen in the sectional view according to FIG. 2, the one plastic film 6 forms the essentially flat rear wall of the packaging 1, while the other plastic film 6 'is bulged and serves to hold the object 2.
  • the rear plastic film 6 is not completely flat, but is slightly curved, as can be seen in the illustration in FIG. 3.
  • the object 2 is held between the two plastic films 6, 6 'of the packaging 1.
  • the two plastic films 6, 6 ' are correspondingly profiled and have projections 8 and recesses 9.
  • the holder 4 comes to rest immovably, while otherwise the nose-like projections 8 form support points for the wet shaver 3 and for the dispenser 5.
  • the arrangement of the projections 8 is such that the parts are held in their positions without rattling and immovable.
  • Plastic films 6, 6 'profiled in this way can be produced without problems by deep drawing. It is only necessary that the plastic films 6, 6 'create support points at very specific points which prevent the object 2 from being moved unintentionally.
