Claims (8)

  1. Procédé pour la fabrication d'une bobine de fil en déposant un enroulement (2) de fil sur un manchon (1), dans lequel la longueur d'enroulement d'au moins une couche externe de l'enroulement se rétrécit constamment, caractérisé en ce que la longueur d'enroulement est maintenue constante jusqu'à un diamètre limite (D) de l'enroulement (2).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'enroulement (2) est déposé sur un manchon cylindrique (1).
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'enroulement (2) est déposé sur un manchon conique (1).
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la conicité de l'enroulement (2) au-delà d'un diamètre limite (D) diminue constamment.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que la longueur d'enroulement et la conicité de l'enroulement (2) sont commandées en fonction du diamètre de ce dernier de telle sorte que l'enroulement (2) en direction axiale ne fait nulle part saillie par rapport au manchon (1).
  6. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'enroulement (2) est déposé sous forme d'un enroulement sauvage.
  7. Procédé selon les revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'enroulement (2) est déposé sous forme d'un enroulement régulier.
  8. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'enroulement (2) est déposé sous forme d'un enroulement régulier échelonné.
