Claims (5)

  1. Dispositif de pulvérisation fonctionnant avec un combustible liquide pour une installation de chauffe, se composant essentiellement d'un gicleur à combustible, d'une conduite de combustible raccordée au gicleur à combustible, d'une configuration d'écrans placée dans la région du gicleur à combustible, la conduite de combustible portant une vanne en amont du gicleur à combustible, caractérisé en ce que la configuration d'écrans se compose de deux écrans (1a, 1b) disposés l'un derrière l'autre, en ce que la conduite de combustible (4) présente, entre la vanne (5) et le gicleur à combustible (3), un diamètre minimisé (4a) pour le transport du combustible, qui peut être déterminé par la formule : Di = Eo x σ ρ liq x g

    dans laquelle ρliq désigne le poids spécifique du combustible liquide, g la constante de la pesanteur, σ la tension superficielle et Eo le nombre de Eötvös.
  2. Dispositif de pulvérisation fonctionnant avec un combustible liquide suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le gicleur à combustible (3) est, dans le sens de l'écoulement, placé avant, se trouve à la même hauteur ou est placé après la configuration d'écrans (1a, 1b).
  3. Dispositif de pulvérisation fonctionnant avec un combustible liquide suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la vanne (5) est une électrovanne.
  4. Procédé de conduite d'un dispositif de pulvérisation fonctionnant avec un combustible liquide suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le gicleur à combustible (3) est alimenté avec de l'air de combustion (7, 7a, 7b), qui se compose d'air frais ou d'un mélange d'air frais et de gaz usés recyclés, en ce que l'air de combustion (7, 7a, 7b) arrive radialement ou presque radialement jusqu'axialement sur le combustible (9) sortant du gicleur à combustible (3).
  5. Procédé suivant la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'air de combustion (7, 7a, 7b) est enrichi avec une portion d'un combustible.
