Claims (14)
- Herstellungsverfahren für Saiten, die für Zugbeanspruchung bestimmt sind, insbesondere für Saiten für Tennisschläger und Musikinstrumente, das einen Schritt umfaßt, bei dem ein Garn aus Fasern hergestellt wird, einen Schritt, bei dem das Garn mit einem Harz imprägniert wird, einen Schritt, bei dem das imprägnierte Garn mit Kunststoff überzogen wird, damit es mit einer Hülle versehen ist, einen Schritt, bei dem der Kunststoff völlig vernetzt wird, und einen Schritt, bei dem die Dicke der Hülle eingestellt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Herstellung des Garns Spinnfasern verwendet werden, die den textilen Arbeiten Intersecting und Strecken-Verdrehen unterzogen werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spinnfasern etwa 20 bis 500 mm, vorzugsweise 50 bis 250 mm lang sind.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spinnfasern eine Feinheitsnummer von etwa 1 bis 100 dtex, vorzugsweise 1 bis 20 dtex aufweisen.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spinnfasern eine Kräuselung von etwa 4 bis 12 pro Zentimeter aufweisen.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spinnfasern aus mindestens einem Material aus der Gruppe von natürlichen Textilfasern, Kohlenstoff, Glas, Metalloiden, Metallen, Metall-Legierungen, Polyester, Polyether, Polyurethan, Polyamid, Polyolefin, Acryl- und Vinylverbindungen und Aramid erzeugt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schritte Intersecting und Strecken-Verdrehen vor dem Schritt Imprägnierung ausgeführt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Imprägnierungsharz vor dem Überziehen des Garns völlig vernetzt wird, wobei die Vernetzung durchgeführt wird, während das Garn unter Spannung gesetzt ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Imprägnierungsharz und der Kunststoff gleicher Art sind.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Imprägnierungsharz und der Kunststoff, der die Hülle bildet, aus einem Material aus der Gruppe der Polyester, Polyether, Polyamid, Epoxydharz, Polyurethan, Cyanacrylat, Acryl-, Vinyl- und Phenolverbindungen erzeugt werden, wobei diese verschiedenen Materialien mit Lösungsmitteln und evtl. mit Färbemitteln kombiniert werden können.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das imprägnierte Garn vor dem Überziehen mit dem Kunststoff geglättet wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Imprägnierungsharz vernetzt wird, indem das Garn in einem Ofen erwärmt wird, dessen Temperatur zur Vermeidung eines Schrumpfens der Spinnfasern eingestellt ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das imprägnierte Garn derart durch den Ofen geführt wird, daß seine Verweilzeit in diesem etwa 10 Sekunden bis 10 Minuten, vorzugsweise 30 Sekunden bis 3 Minuten beträgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dicke der Hülle eingestellt wird, indem das überzogene Garn durch eine Reihe von Düsen abnehmenden Durchmessers durchgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hülle etwa 0,05 bis 0,5 mm dick ist.
