Claims (7)

  1. Trockner für feinverteilte Produkte mit einem Gehäuse (1), einer Vorrichtung (15) zur Erzeugung eines im geschlossenen Kreislauf umgewälzten Wasserdampfstromes im Gehäuse, einem Austauscher/Überhitzer (16) zum Überhitzen des Wasserdampfes auf eine vorgegebene Temperatur, Einrichtungen (2,3,4) zum Fördern des zu trocknenden Produktes derart durch das Gehäuse hindurch, daß das Produkt den Strom des überhitzten Wasserdampfes passiert, und einer Dampfentnahmeeinrichtung (23), um die Herausführung des aus dem getrockneten Produkt extrahierten Dampfes aus dem Gehäuse zu ermöglichen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (1) einen zylindrischen Rumpf besitzt und unter einem Druck von einigen bar gehalten wird und daß der Trockner in dieser Reihenfolge entlang der Horizontalachse des Gehäuses folgende Bestandteile umfaßt:
    die Vorrichtung (15) zum Erzeugen des umgewälzten Wasserdampfstromes, den Austauscher/Überhitzer (16), einen ein zirkulierendes Bett des Produktes vorsehenden Förderer (4), der mindestens eine drehbare Trommel sowie Flügel (8), aufweist, um das Herabregnen des Produktes im Förderer sicherzustellen, und der in Zusammenwirkung mit dem Dampfstrom eine Fortbewegung des Produktes bewirkt, und eine Vorrichtung (11) zum Abtrennen des getrockneten Produktes am Austritt des Förderers von dem zwischen dem Förderer (4) und dem Rumpf des Gehäuses (1) umgewälzten Dampf.
  2. Trockner nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung zur Erzeugung des umgewälzten Wasserdampfstromes unter Druck ein Ventilator (15) ist, der am Eintrittsende einer Leitung (18) angeordnet ist, in der der Austauscher/Überhitzer (16) installiert ist, wobei das Austrittsende der Leitung an ein Eintrittsende (9) des Trommelförderers (4) angeschlossen ist.
  3. Trockner nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Austauscher/Überhitzer (16) durch geradlinige, mit Flügeln versehene Rohre gebildet ist, deren Achsen senkrecht zum Dampfstrom verlaufen.
  4. Trockner nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er Einrichtungen (19) zur Sicherstellung der Einführung des Produktes in das Gehäuse durch einen Einlaß (2) und zur Herausführung des Produktes aus dem Gehäuse durch einen Auslaß (3) aufweist, wobei diese Einrichtungen gleichzeitig die Dichtheit des Gehäuses gegenüber dem unter Druck stehenden Dampf auf dem Niveau des Einlasses und Auslasses sicherstellen.
  5. Trockner nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtungen eine Extrusionsschnecke (19) umfassen, die eine Dichtung durch Kompression des geförderten Produktes bildet.
  6. Trockner nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Trommelförderer (4) durch eine Vielzahl von koaxialen zylindrischen Ringen (5,6,7) gebildet ist, die derart eingesetzt sind, daß sie Schikanen zwischen der Achse und dem Umfang bilden, und daß Flügel (8) auf den Innenflächen der Wände dieser Teile fixiert sind, die zur Mitführung des zu trocknenden Produktes in jedem zylindrischen Teil beitragen, wobei dies zusammen mit einer Drehung um die Achse des Förderers (4) geschieht.
  7. Trockner nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trennvorrichtung (11) durch ein Zyklon gebildet ist.
