Claims (6)
- Verstärkungsteil für schwenkbare Türen an einem Kühlschrankkörper und zum Abdichten der Eckenbereiche der Türen, wobei die genannten Kühlschranktüren umfasseneine Blechtafel, die die Außenwand der Tür bildet und umgebogene Ränder aufweist, um die Seitenabschnitte und den Umfang der Innenwände zu bilden, die ein Rahmenwerk auf der Rückseite der Türe bilden;einen inneren Abschnitt aus Kunststoffmaterial, der von der durch die genannten Innenwände begrenzten Öffnung aufgenommen ist;Isoliermaterial, das zwischen die genannte Tafel und den genannten inneren Abschnitt durch Einspritzen angeordnet ist;und mindestens zwei Löcher, die jweils in den Seitenabschnitten der genannten Tafel, im wesentlichen in der Nähe von mindestens zwei der vier Ecken der genannten Tür vorgesehen sind;wobei das genannte Verstärkungsteil eine Einrichtung zum Aufnehmen einer Drehhülse (4) einschließt, um das drehbare Aufnehmen eines im wesentlichen vertikalen Schafts eines Gelenks des genannten Kühlschrankkörpers zu ermöglichen;
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Verstärkungsteil umfaßt
einen Körper, der im wesentlichen die allgemeine Form eines Prismas mit rechtwinkliger, dreieckiger Basis hat, wobei die Oberfläche (1), die der Hypotenuse entspricht, einen Umfangsflügel (2) festlegt, der etwas das Prismavolumen überschreitet und dem Verstärkungsteil erlaubt, daß es an einer Ecke der Tür mittels Druck befestigt wird;
zwei Vertiefungen (3), die sich durch den genannten Körper im wesentlichen orthogonal von einer seiner anderen Oberflächen in Richtung zu der Oberfläche (1) erstreckt, die der Hypotenuse entspricht, wobei die genannte Vertiefung zum wahlweisen Koppeln der genannten Drehhülse (4) dient, die die drehbare Aufnahme eines im wesentlichen vertikalen Schafts eines Gelenks des genannten Kühlschrankkörpers in Abhängigkeit davon ermöglicht, ob die Tür nach rechts oder nach links öffnet. - Ein Verstärkungsteil gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede der genannten Vertiefungen (3) einen ersten, im wesentlichen zylindrischen Abschnitt umfaßt, der sich durch einen abgestuften Übergangsabschnitt zu einem inneren, engeren, abgeflachten Endabschnitt fortsetzt.
- Ein Verstärkungsteil gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das untere Ende (12) der genannten Vertiefungen (3) entfernbar oder abbrechbar ist.
- Ein Verstärkungsteilzusammenbau einschließlich eines Verstärkungsteils gemäß Anspruch 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
er ferner einschließt eine Hülse (4), wobei die genannte Hülse (4) auf eine im wesentlichen äquivalente Weise zu den genannten Vertiefungen (3) geformt ist, so daß sie einen ersten Flanschabschnitt (7) aufweist, der einen größeren Durchmesser als der genannte erste Abschnitt der genannten Vertiefungen (3) aufweist und von dort durch eines der genannten Löcher der genannten Seitenabschnitte der genannten Tafel hervorkommt, einen zweiten Abschnitt (5), der einen im wesentlichen zu dem genannten zylindrischen Abschnitt der genannten Vertiefungen (3) komplementären Durchmesser aufweist, einen dritten Abschnitt, der einen Durchmesser aufweist, der im wesentlichen komplementär zu dem genannten Übergangsabschnitt der genannten Vertiefungen (3) ist, und einen vierten Abschnitt (6), der einen Durchmesser aufweist, der im wesentlichen komplementär zu dem genannten Endabschnitt ist, wobei jede Vertiefung (3) mindestens ein seitliches Fenster (10) aufweist, das sich zwischen Unterteilungswänden (11) in einem Seitenabschnitt (9) des genannten Prismas erstreckt, der im wesentlichen parallel zu der genannten Vertiefung (3) ist, wodurch die genannte Hülse (4) eine seitliche Kerbe (8) an ihrem vierten Abschnitt (6) an einer Stelle hat, die mit dem genannten Fenster (10) in Verbindung ist, und wodurch die Fenster (10) der genannten Vertiefungen (3) miteinander durch einen Durchgang in Verbindung stehen, der im wesentlichen in dem genannten Körper des Verstärkungsteils vorgesehen ist. - Eine Kühlschranktür mit einem Verstärkungsteil, das in mindestens zwei ihrer vier Ecken zwischen den umgebogenen Rändern einer Blechtafel, die die Außenseite der Tür bildet, und einem Innenabschnitt der Tür aus Kunststoff angeordnet sind, der zwischen den genannten Rändern aufgenommen ist, wobei das Innere der Tür mit einem eingespritzten Isoliermaterial gefüllt ist, die genannten Teile das Abdichten der Öffnungen herstellt, die zwischen den genannten umgebogenen Rändern der Blechtafel gebildet sind, und die Türgelenke tragen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
jedes Verstärkungsteil eine allgemein prismatische Form mit einer Basis eines rechtwinkligen Dreiecks hat, dessen größere Oberfläche (1), die der Hypotenuse entspricht, einen Umfangsflügel (2) festlegt, der das Prismavolumen etwas überschreitet und der unter Druck gegen die Ränder der Tafel gedrückt ist, wobei jedes Verstärkungsteil auch zwei Vertiefungen (3) zum selektiven Koppeln einer Drehhülse (4) einschließt, in die ein Gelenkschaft in Abhängigkeit davon aufgenommen werden kann, ob die Tür nach rechts oder nach links öffnet. - Eine Kühlschranktür gemäß Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede der genannten Vertiefungen (3) einen ersten, im wesentlichen zylindrischen Abschnitt umfaßt, der sich durch einen abgestuften Übergangsabschnitt in einen inneren, engeren, abgeflachten Endabschnitt fortsetzt.
