Claims (6)

  1. Pièce de renforcement pour monter des portes sur un corps de réfrigérateur avec des charnières et pour fermer de façon étanche les parties de coin de ces portes, lesdites portes de réfrigérateur comprenant :
    - un panneau métallique formant la paroi extérieure de la porte et ayant des bords repliés pour former les parties latérales et les parois intérieures périphériques formant un cadre à l'arrière de la porte;
    - une partie intérieure en matière plastique reçue dans l'ouverture définie par lesdites parois intérieures;
    - du matériau isolant mis en place par injection entre ledit panneau et ladite partie intérieure ;
    - et au moins deux orifices respectivement prévus dans les parties latérales dudit panneau, sensiblement à proximité d'au moins deux des quatre coins de ladite porte ;
    ladite pièce de renforcement comprenant des moyens pour recevoir une douille (4) de rotation destinée à constituer un logement permettant la rotation pour le pivot sensiblement vertical d'une charnière dudit corps de réfrigérateur ;
    caractérisée en ce que :
    la pièce de renforcement comprend
    - un corps ayant sensiblement la forme générale d'un prisme dont la base est un triangle-rectangle, la surface (1) correspondant à l'hypoténuse définissant une aile (2) périphérique qui dépasse légèrement le volume prismatique et qui permet de fixer la pièce de renforcement par pression à un coin de la porte ;
    - deux évidements (3) s'étendant à travers ledit corps en partant de manière sensiblement orthogonale de l'une de ses autres faces pour aller vers la face (1) correspondant à l'hypoténuse, lesdits évidements servant à accoupler sélectivement ladite douille (4) de rotation destinée à constituer un logement permettant la rotation pour le pivot sensiblement vertical d'une charnière dudit corps de réfrigérateur, selon que la porte s'ouvre vers la droite ou vers la gauche.
  2. Pièce de renforcement selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que chacun desdits évidements (3) comprend une première partie sensiblement cylindrique qui, par une partie de transition étagée, débouche dans une partie d'extrémité intérieure aplatie et plus étroite.
  3. Pièce de renforcement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée en ce que l'extrémité formant le fond (12) desdits évidements (3) peut être retirée ou rompue.
  4. Assemblage de renforcement comprenant une pièce de renforcement selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que :
    il comporte en outre une douille (4), ladite douille (4) ayant une forme sensiblement équivalente à celle desdits évidements (3), de sorte qu'elle comprend une première partie à collerette (7) ayant une périphérie plus large que ladite première partie desdits évidements (3) et émerge de celle-ci à travers l'un desdits orifices desdites parties latérales dudit panneau, une seconde partie (5) ayant une périphérie sensiblement complémentaire de celle de ladite partie cylindrique desdits évidements (3), une troisième partie ayant une périphérie qui est sensiblement complémentaire de celle de ladite partie de transition desdits évidements (3) et une quatrième partie (6) ayant une périphérie qui est sensiblement complémentaire de celle de ladite partie d'extrémité,
    chaque évidement (3) ayant au moins une fenêtre latérale (10) s'étendant entre des cloisons de séparation (11) pour pénétrer dans une partie frontale (9) dudit prisme qui est sensiblement parallèle audit évidement (3),
    ladite douille (4) présentant une encoche latérale (8) située dans sa quatrième partie (6) à un endroit où elle communique avec ladite fenêtre (10),
    et les fenêtres (10) desdits évidements (3) communiquant l'une avec l'autre par un passage prévu sensiblement dans ledit corps de la pièce de renforcement.
  5. Porte de réfrigérateur munie d'une pièce de renforcement placée en au moins deux de ses quatre coins, entre les bords repliés d'un panneau métallique qui forme l'extérieur de la porte et une partie intérieure en plastique de la porte qui est reçue entre lesdits bords, l'intérieur de la porte étant rempli d'un matériau isolant injecté, lesdites pièces établissant la fermeture étanche des ouvertures formées entre lesdits bords repliés du panneau métallique et supportant les charnières de porte, caractérisée en ce que
       chaque pièce de renforcement présente une forme générale prismatique ayant pour base un triangle-rectangle, dont la surface la plus grande (1), correspondant à l'hypoténuse, définit une aile périphérique (2) qui dépasse légèrement le volume prismatique et qui est appliquée sous pression contre les bords du panneau, chaque pièce de renforcement comprenant également deux évidements (3) pour l'accouplement sélectif, selon que la porte s'ouvre vers la droite ou vers la gauche, d'une douille (4) de rotation dans laquelle un pivot de charnière peut être logé.
  6. Porte de réfrigérateur selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que chacun desdits évidements (3) comprend une première partie sensiblement cylindrique qui, par une partie de transition étagée, débouche dans une partie d'extrémité intérieure aplatie et plus étroite.
