Claims (3)

  1. Enrouleuse de bande de matériau, particulièrement de bande de papier, possédant les caractéristiques suivantes:
    1.1- Deux cylindres porteurs (3,4) sont placés côte à côte de manière parallèle et forment un banc d'enroulage pour la réception d'un rouleau de matériau (5),
    1.2- l'un (3) des cylindres porteurs (3,4) est en partie entouré par la bande (6) venant du bas ;
    1.3- un dispositif de coupe de la bande (7,40,8) peut être glissé par le bas dans l'espace laissé libre entre les cylindres porteurs (3, 4),
    1.4- le dispositif de coupe comprend une lame (9), un porte-lame (8), en forme de tige lorsqu'il est vu latéralement , ainsi qu'un support (7) se trouvant dans la partie inférieure et supportant le porte-lame (8),
    1.5- le porte-lame (8) et le support (7) sont reliés entre eux au moyen d'articulations, de telle sorte que le porte-lame (8) puisse être amené en position de travail, par pivotement, afin d'effectuer la coupe de la bande, position de travail dans laquelle la lame est tournée vers la bande de matériau (6) alors que la partie opposée du porte-lame (8) s'appuie sur la surface du manteau du rouleau non entouré par la bande, afin d'éviter par auto-empêchement un mauvais pivotement du porte-lame lorsque la bande de matériau (6) exerce une traction sur la lame (9),
       dans laquelle :
    1.6- il est prévu une piece de liaison (40) en forme de tige, lorsqu'elle est vue de côté, entre le support (7) et le porte-lame (8), reliée à ces deux éléments au moyen d'articulations (41, 42),
    1.7- l'extrémité inférieure de la pièce de liaison (40) fait prise sur le support (7) et son extrémité supérieure sur la zone latérale du porte-lame (8) située près de la lame ;
  2. enrouleuse selon la revendication 1 caractérisée par la présence d'un mécanisme de manoeuvre (50, 51) pour placer le porte-lame (8) et la pièce de liaison (40) en position de travail lors de la coupe de la bande de matériau ;
  3. enrouleuse selon la revendication 2, caractérisée par le fait que le mécanisme de manoeuvre est une unité pneumatique ou hydraulique comportant un cylindre (50), un piston (51) et une barre de liaison (52) qui fait prise sur l'extrémité support du porte-lame (8).
