Abstract

Dispositif de surveillance destiné plus particulièrement à voir les plaques minéralogiques des véhicules au cours d'opérations effectuées de nuit et en secret, ledit dispositif comprenant une source lumineuse (10) pourvue d'un système de diodes (11) électroluminescentes ou d'une source de lumière laser, et une caméra de télévision fermée, de préférence miniature. La source lumineuse émet une série d'impulsions à crêtes élevées de lumière infra-rouge (17) située hors de la gamme visible par l'oeil humain, qui sont réfléchies par la plaque minéralogique et que reçoit la caméra qui fonctionne en synchronisme avec la source lumineuse. On place, de préférence, la source lumineuse (10) près de l'objectif de la caméra (15) afin de minimiser l'angle de dégagement () existant entre la lumière incidente (17) et la lumière réfléchie (16).
