Claims (3)

  1. Betonbauwerk, das mit Hilfe von mehreren geschmierten, beschichteten Litzen (4) vorgespannt wird, wobei diese über den größten Teil ihrer Längsausdehnung einzeln in dem gehärteten Beton (2), der die wesentliche Substanz des Bauwerks bildet, versenkt werden, wobei der gehärtete Beton, in dem die Litzen versenkt werden, Teil eines Blocks ist, der nach dem Schütten und Aushärten des genannten Betons (2) ausgeschalt wird, wobei die Enden der Litzen jenseits einer Außenseite (S) des genannten Blocks bloßgelegt sind und dort in quer leicht voneinander beabstandeten Stellungen herausragen und in den Befestigungskeilen einer Platte (19) verankert sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Beschichtung (6) jeder Litze (4) bis zu der genannten Außenseite (S) des Blocks reicht und von dem genannten gehärteten Beton (2) umgeben ist, dergestalt daß der Beton sämtliche Außenflächen der Litzen, die im Inneren der zur Formung des genannten Blocks verwendeten Verschalung angeordnet wurden, anliegend umhüllt.
  2. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines vorgespannten Betonbauwerks nach Anspruch 1, bei dem die geschmierten, beschichteten Litzen (4), die dazu vorgesehen sind, dieses Bauwerk in parallelen oder im wesentlichen parallelen sowie leicht voneinander beabstandeten Stellungen vorzuspannen, direkt in der Verschalung (1) angeordnet werden, die dazu vorgesehen ist, den Beton (2) aufzunehmen, der das Bauwerk bildet, das eine Ende jeder der genannten Litzen durch eine Öffnung (10), die in der Verschalung ausgespart ist, sowie durch einen Stützring (15), der an der Innenseite der Verschalung an dem Rand dieser Öffnung angeordnet ist, gesteckt wird, das genannte Ende außerdem durch eine Lochplatte (16) zur Abstandshaltung und Ordnung der Litzenenden gesteckt wird, wobei der Durchlaß der Löcher (17) in der Platte (16) für die Litzen nur gegenüber dem Schüttbeton dicht ist, ferner der Beton dergestalt in die Verschalung geschüttet wird, daß dieser Beton sämtliche Außenflächen der Litzen, die im Inneren der Verschalung angeordnet sind, anliegend umhüllt, und nach dem Härten des genannten Betons die Verschalung und gegebenenfalls die Lochplatte (16) entfernt wird, wonach die einzelnen Litzen gespannt und ihre hervorstehenden Enden geschützt werden.
  3. Herstellungsverfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stützring die verbreiterte Basis eines konischen Rohrs (9) bildet, das die Gesamtanordnung der Litzen (4) umgibt und seinerseits mit Beton (2) gefüllt wird, wenn dieser in die Verschalung geschüttet wird.
