- à l'aide de vérins appropriés (non représentés), on exerce les tractions désirées sur les extrémités, des tronçons 5, faisant saillie en dehors des mors 20, tractions qui sont ensuite conservées dans les câbles, grâce au serrage desdits mors, et transmises au bloc durci 2 par l'intermédiaire du bloc d'ancrage 19 et de l'anneau d'appui 15,
- et l'on recouvre l'ensemble du bloc d'ancrage 19 et des éléments qu'il porte par un capot 21 (figure 7) rempli d'un produit de protection 22 tel qu'une graisse.
- une collerette ou renflement extérieur intermédiaire 24 permettant d'améliorer la répartition de la pression axiale de précontrainte dans le béton durci 2,
- et un évent supérieur 25 propre à faire communiquer l'intérieur de la tromplaque avec un trou 26 évidé dans le coffrage 1 de façon à faciliter le remplissage de cette tromplaque par le béton 2 lors de la coulée de ce dernier.
Claims (3)
- Ouvrage en béton précontraint à l'aide d'une pluralité de torons gainés graissés (4) individuellement noyés, sur la majeure partie de leur longueur, dans le béton durci (2) constitutif de l'essentiel de l'ouvrage, le béton durci dans lequel sont noyés les torons appartenant à un bloc décoffré après la coulée et le durcissement dudit béton (2), les extrémités des torons étant dénudées au-delà d'une face extérieure (S) dudit bloc, où elles font saillie en des positions légèrement écartées transversalement les unes des autres et où elles sont ancrées dans les clavettes d'une plaque (19), caractérisé en ce que la gaine (6) de chaque toron (4) s'étend, et est entourée par ledit béton durci (2), jusqu'à ladite face extérieure (S) du bloc, de façon telle que le béton enrobe jointivement la totalité des faces extérieures des torons qui étaient disposés à l'intérieur du coffrage utilisé pour former ledit bloc.
- Procédé de construction d'un ouvrage en béton précontraint selon la revendication 1, selon lequel on place directement dans un coffrage (1) destiné à recevoir le béton (2) constitutif de l'ouvrage les torons gainés graissés (4) destinés à précontraindre cet ouvrage en des positions parallèles ou sensiblement telles et légèrement écartées les unes des autres, on fait traverser par l'une des extrémités de chacun desdits torons une ouverture (10) évidée dans le coffrage ainsi qu'un anneau d'appui (15) appliqué contre le bord de cette ouverture, du côté de l'intérieur du coffrage, on fait traverser en outre par ladite extrémité une plaque perforée (16) d'écartement et de classement des extrémités des torons, la traversée des perforations (17) de la plaque (16) par les torons étant seulement étanche vis-à-vis du béton coulé, puis on coule dans le coffrage le béton de façon telle que ce béton enrobe jointivement la totalité des faces extérieures des torons disposées à l'intérieur du coffrage et on dégage le coffrage et éventuellement la plaque perforée (16) après durcissement dudit béton, après quoi on met sous tension les différents torons et on protège leurs extrémités en saillie.
- Procédé de construction selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'anneau d'appui constitue la base élargie d'une trompette (9) entourant l'ensemble des torons (4) et elle-même remplie de béton (2) lors de la coulée de celui-ci dans le coffrage.
