Description

BUROSTUHL
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Bürostuhl mit einer von einem Fußgestell ausge¬ henden, senkrechten Säule, einer Sitzplatte, einer Rückenlehne und einer vom oberen Ende der Säule nach vorne vorspringenden Ausleger, an dessen vorderem Ende die Sitzplatte in einer ersten quergerichteten Schwenkachse abgestützt ist.
Bürostühle dieser Art sind in zahlreichen Ausführungsformen bekannt.
Auf dem Markt besteht in zunehmendem Maße Bedarf an stabilen, weitge¬ hend verschleißfreien, den ergomischen Anforderungen entsprechenden Bü¬ rostühlen. In diesem Zusammenhang werden unter anderem auch vergleichs¬ weise einfache, mit relativ geringem Aufwand für Herstellung und Montage herstellbare Stühle gefordert, die mit möglichst wenigen, insbesondere weni¬ gen beweglichen Teilen auskommen, die in einer kompakten Gesamtkonzep¬ tion untergebracht sind.
In diesem Sinne ist die Aufgabe der Erfindung zu verstehen.
Diese Aufgabe wird gelöst durch einen Bύrostuhl der obigen Art, der dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß ein im Mittelbereich des Auslegers in einer zweiten quergerichteten Schwenkachse gelagerter Träger unter der Sitzplatte ent¬ lang bis zur Rückenlehne geführt ist und diese trägt, daß der Träger an der Säule und/oder dem Ausleger federnd abgestützt ist und daß der hintere Rand der Sitzplatte verschiebbar auf dem Träger abgestützt ist.
Die Funktion eines derartigen Bürostuhls beruht im wesentlichen auf dem schwenkbaren Träger und einer den Träger an der Säule abstützenden Fe- der. Der Träger stützt das rückwärtige Ende der Sitzplatte und im übrigen auch die Rückenlehne ab und ermöglicht eine gleichzeitige Bewegung dieser beiden Teile beim Einfedern in einem ergonomisch angemessenen Überset¬ zungsverhältnis .
Zur federnden Abstützung des Trägers ist vorzugsweise eine die Säule in ih¬ rem oberen Bereich umgebende Schraubenfeder vorgesehen. Am Träger ist eine auf der Säule verschiebbare Hülse schwenkbar befestigt, die sich von oben auf der Schraubenfeder abstützt. Das untere Ende der Schraubenfeder liegt auf einem auf der Säule höhenverstellbaren Stützring, der als ein auf der Säule drehbarer Schraubring ausgebildet sein kann oder einen derartigen Schraubring umfaßt. Durch Höhenverstellung des Stützringes kann die Härte der Schraubenfeder verändert werden.
Die Hülse und/oder der Stützring können eine schraubenförmige Ausneh¬ mung auf den einander zugewandten Seiten aufweisen, die das jeweilige Ende der Schraubenfeder aufnimmt. Auf diese Weise ist die Schraubenfeder in ih- rer Lage gesichert, und es ist nicht erforderlich, die Enden der Schraubenfe¬ der zur Bildung einer ebenen Abstützüäche an den vorangegangenen Schrau- bengang heranzuführen.
Der Träger ist zumindest Im vorderen und mittleren Bereich des Stuhles doppelarmig ausgebildet und läuft mit jeweils einem der deckungsgleich aus¬ gebildeten Arme entlang der Außenseite des Auslegers und der Säule bzw. der Hülse. Im rückwärtigen Bereich des Stuhles können die Arme zusam¬ menlaufen.
Die erste quergerichtete Schwenkachse, die den Ausleger mit dem vorderen Ende der Sitzplatte verbindet, kann in einfacher Weise durch Gummiklötze gebildet sein, die eine ausreichende Verformung für die Schwenkbewegung der Sitzplatte ermöglichen und darüber hinaus eine Dämpfungswirkung ha¬ ben.
Weitere Merkmale der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen.
Im folgenden werden bevorzugte Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung anhand der beigefügten Zeichnung näher erläutert.
Die einzige Figur ist eine Seitenansicht eines erfindungsgemäßen Stuhls.
Von einem Fußgestell 10 geht eine senkrecht nach oben gerichtete Säule 12 aus. Am oberen Ende der Säule ist ein nach vome gerichteter, leicht aufwärts geneigter Ausleger 14 befestigt. Begriffe wie vorn, hinten, seitlich usw. bezie¬ hen sich im vorliegenden Zusammenhang auf die normale Sitzposition einer auf dem Stuhl sitzenden Person. Im vorderen Endbereich des Auslegers 14 befindet sich eine erste waage¬ rechte, quergerichtete Schwenkachse 16, die eine Verbindung zwischen dem Ausleger 14 und einer Sitzplatte 18 herstellt, so daß der vordere Be¬ reich der Sitzplatte schwenkbar auf dem Ausleger abgestützt wird. Die Schwenkachse 16 kann beispielsweise durch Gummiklδtze gebildet werden, die mit Hinblick auf den relativ geringen Schwenkwinkel der Sitzplatte 18 eine ausreichende Verformung ermöglichen.
Vom Mittelbereich des Auslegers 14 geht in einer zweiten, waagerechten, quergerichteten Schwenkachse 20 ein gebogener Träger 22 aus, der zu¬ nächst unterhalb der Sitzplatte 18 nach rückwärts und sodann aufwärts zur Rückseite einer Rückenlehne 24 verläuft. Im vorderen und mittleren Bereich des Stuhles ist der Träger 22 doppelarmig ausgebildet. Jeweils einer der bei¬ den kongruenten, in der Schwenkachse 20 gelagerten Arme verläuft auf ei- ner Seite des Auslegers 14 und des oberen Endes der Säule 12. Hinter der Säule 12 können die beiden Arme wieder zusammenlaufen.
Der Träger 22 wird im Bereich der Säule 12 durch eine die Säule umgeben¬ de Schraubenfeder 26 federnd abgestützt. Die Schraubenfeder 26 liegt an ih- rem unteren Ende auf einem die Säule umgebenden Stützring 28 auf, der sei¬ nerseits auf einem die Säule umgebenden, mit dieser in Gewindeeingriff ste¬ henden, drehbaren Schraubring 30 liegt. Auf diese Weise ist die Schraubenfe¬ der 26 in bezug auf die Säule 12 in der Höhe verstellbar. Der Stützring 28 weist auf seiner oberen Seite eine schraubenlinienförmige Ausnehmung 32 auf, die das Ende der Schraubenfeder 26 aufnimmt. Auf diese Weise ist die Schraubenfeder in ihrer Position festgelegt, und es ist nicht erforderlich, den letzten Gang der Schraubenfeder gesondert zu bearbeiten und an den voran¬ gehenden Schraubengang heranzuführen.
Im oberen Bereich der Säule 12 ist diese durch eine verschiebbare Hülse 34 umgeben, die auf dem oberen Ende der Schraubenfeder 26 aufliegt. Die Hülse 34 weist im vorderen Bereich eine nicht gezeigte Ausnehmung für den Durchgang des Auslegers 14 auf. Im übrigen besitzt die Hülse 34 auf ihrer un¬ teren Seite eine schraubenlinienförmige Ausnehmung 36, die ebenso wie die Ausnehmung 32 im unteren Stützring 28 das auslaufende Ende der Schrau¬ benfeder 26 aufnimmt. Die beiden Arme des Trägers 26 laufen an den gegen¬ überliegenden Außenseiten der Hülse 34 vorbei und sind mit der Hülse in ei- ner dritten, waagerechten, quergerichteten Schwenkachse 38 schwenkbar verbunden. Somit stützt sich der Träger 22 über die Hülse 34 auf der Schrau¬ benfeder 26 ab.
Das rückwärtige Ende der Sitzplatte 18 stützt sich verschiebbar auf dem Trä¬ ger 22 ab. Die Sitzplatte 18 und die Rückenlehne 24 sind im Bereich ober¬ halb des rückwärtigen Endes der Sitzplatte 18 In einer flexiblen Verbin¬ dungslinie 40 miteinander verbunden. Im übrigen stützt sich der rückwärtige Bereich der Sitzplatte 18 über eine Schiebeführung 42 auf dem Träger 22 verschiebbar ab. Dadurch erhalten Sitzplatte und Rückenlehne in bezug auf die übrigen Teile der Stuhlmechanik eine gewisse Beweglichkeit, durch die zum einen Blockierungen der verschiedenen Bewegungen der Stuhlmechanik ausgeschlossen werden und zum anderen auch bei fixierter Position des Stuh¬ les ein komfortabler Bewegungsspielraum geboten wird.

PATENTANSPRÜCHE
1. F .* «stuhl, mit einer von einem Fußgestel? asgehenden senkrechten Säu¬ le, eLaer Sitzplatte, einer Rückenlehne und ei . -Am vom oberen Ende der Säu- le nach vorne vorspringenden Ausleger, an dessen vorderem Ende die Sitz¬ platte in einer ersten quergerichteten Schwenkachse (16) abgestützt ist, da¬ durch gekennzeichnet, daß ein im Mittelbereich des Auslegers (14) in einer zweiten quergerichteten Schwenkachse (20) gelagerter Träger (22) unter der Sitzplatte (18) entlang bis zur Rückenlehne (24) geführt ist und diese trägt, daß der Träger an der Säule (12) und/oder dem Ausleger (14) federnd abgestützt ist und daß der hintere Rand der Sitzplatte angrenzend an die Knicklinie verschiebbar auf dem Träger (22) abgestützt ist.
2. Bürostuhl nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur federnden Abstützung des Trägers (22) eine auf der Säule verschiebbare Hülse (34) am
Träger (22) befestigt ist, die auf einer die Säule umgebenden Schraubenfeder (26) aufliegt.
3. Bürostuhl nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich das untere Ende der Schraubenfeder (26) auf einem auf der Säule höhenverstellbaren
Stützring (28,30) abstützt.
4. Bürostuhl nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stützring (28,30) als ein auf der Säule mit Gewindeeingriff drehbarer Schraubring aus- gebildet oder mit einem solchen gekoppelt ist.
5. Bürostuhl nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hülse (34) und/oder der Stützring (28) eine schraubenlinienförmige Ausnehmung (36,32) zur Aufnahme des jeweiligen Endes der Schraubenfeder (26) aufweisen.

Bürostuhl nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeich¬ net, daß der Träger (22) im vorderen und mittleren Bereich des Stuhls dop- pelarmig ausgebildet ist und daß je ein Arm von den gegenüberliegenden Sei- ten des Auslegers (14) ausgeht und entlang gegenüberliegenden Selten der Hülse (34) verläuft.
7. Bürostuhl nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekenn¬ zeichnet, daß die erste quergerichtete Schwenkachse (16) durch den Ausle¬ ger (14) und die Unterseite der Sitzplatte (18) verbindende Gummlklötze ge¬ bildet Ist
8. Bürostuhl nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekenn¬ zeichnet, daß der hintere Rand der Sitzplatte (18) und der untere Rand der Rückenlehne (24) In einer flexiblen Knicklinie miteinander verbunden sind.
