Claims (3)

  1. Emballage à sachet flexible muni d'un moyen d'aide à l'ouverture pour un produit emballé en morceaux, comprenant une enveloppe réalisée en un matériau d'emballage plat et pliable et qui comporte un aileron, dans lequel sont reliés l'une à l'autre deux zones de bordure du matériau d'emballage en forme de bande, sur leurs faces intérieures à l'intérieur d'une zone de liaison, à l'aide d'un scellement à froid apte à être pelé, caractérisé en ce que la zone de liaison comprend deux zones partielles (4) aux deux extrémités de la zone de bordure (3) en forme de bande, entre lesquelles se trouve une zone médiane (5) non scellée et en ce que - pour assurer la liaison complètement étanche au gaz des deux zones de bordure (3) en forme de bande de l'aileron (2) - est repliée autour de l'arête (8) de l'aileron une étiquette collante (6), qui recouvre la zone médiane non scellée (5) et qui enveloppe les deux zones partielles (4) de la zone de liaison et qui est reliée sur les deux faces de l'aileron (2), par collage, à la surface de l'aileron, en ce que l'étiquette collante (6) présente sur une face de l'aileron et sur un bord disposé à l'extérieur de l'enveloppe, une zone de bordure (11) non reliée à la surface de l'aileron et formant une languette de saisie (12).
  2. Emballage à sachet flexible selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'aileron (2) est rabattu sur l'enveloppe (13) de l'emballage de telle façon que la languette de saisie (12) soit disposée vers le haut, et en ce que l'aileron (2) rabattu est collé à la surface de l'enveloppe (13).
  3. Emballage à sachet flexible selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que, sur la face de l'aileron à coller à la surface d'enveloppe (13) de l'emballage, est repliée à 180° une zone de bordure (17) de l'étiquette collante (6) qui, au moment du rabattement de l'aileron (2), assure la liaison collante avec la surface d'enveloppe (13) de l'emballage.
