Abstract

Un emballage (30) est constitué d'une ébauche découpée (1) de boîte pliante ayant au moins quatre parois (2, 3, 4, 5) latérales larges et étroites mutuellement reliées par des lignes de pliage, de manière à former une boîte. Des volets (6-13) formant le couvercle et le fond de la boîte sont reliés de manière articulée aux parois latérales (2, 3, 4, 5). Une ouverture de préhension (33) est formée dans une paroi latérale large ou étroite (3) par repliement d'un volet formant poignée (15) le long d'une ligne de pliage (19). Grâce à l'insertion d'un corps intérieur (23), les parois latérales sont constituées d'au moins deux couches. Afin d'améliorer l'étanchéité aux poudres de cet emballage (30), le corps intérieur (23) comprend sur la paroi latérale (24) se trouvant contre l'ouverture de préhension (33) des rainures longitudinales (29) très rapprochées situées au moins dans une zone qui recouvre la surface du volet formant poignée (15).
