Claims (8)

  1. Wärmetauscher vom Typ mit einem Bündel (10) aus Rohren (12), die zwischen zwei Wasserkästen (16,18) montiert sind, sowie zwei Verstrebungen (36), die beide jeweils die zwei Wasserkästen miteinander verbinden, wobei jede Verstrebung (36) an beiden Enden mit jeweils zwei gegenüberliegenden Seitenteilen (42,44) versehen ist, die jeweils zwei gegenüberliegende Stützwandungen (52,68) eines der Wasserkästen einspannen, und wobei jedes Seitenteil (42,44) mit wenigstens einer Öffnung (48,64) versehen ist, die ein Befestigungsteil aufnehmen kann, wobei jede Stützwandung (52,68) eine Rastnase (70,74) aufweist, die in eine Aussparung des der Verstrebung zugeordneten Seitenteils eingeführt werden kann, so dass eine Vorpositionierung der Verstrebung vor der Anbringung der Befestigungsteile gewährleistet ist, wobei beide Wasserkästen (16,18) einen umlaufenden Rand (22,28) aufweisen, an dem eine Sammelplatte (24,30) befestigt werden kann, die dicht von den Rohren eines Bündels durchquert wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Rastnase (70,74) aus einem Vorsprung (82) herausragt, der sich seinerseits von der Stützwandung (52) abhebt und über den umlaufenden Rand (22) hinausragt, und dass das Befestigungsteil (54) aus einer Schraube gebildet ist, die die Öffnung (48,64) durchquert und in eine Gewindebohrung (50,66) geschraubt wird, deren Mündungsöffnung sich in dem Vorsprung (82) befindet.
  2. Wärmetauscher gemäß dem Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Wasserkasten (16,18) zwei Paare sich gegenüberliegender Rastnasen (70,74) aufweist, die an dem einen bzw. dem anderen Endbereich (32,34) des Wasserkastens (16,18) vorgesehen sind.
  3. Wärmetauscher gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Rastnase (70,74) eine Schräge bildet, derart, dass zwei gegenüberliegende Rastnasen zunächst eine zunehmende Entfernung und anschließend, sobald die zwei Rastnasen in die Aussparungen eingedrungen sind, eine Annäherung der zwei Seitenteile erlaubt.
  4. Wärmetauscher gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Rastnase (70,74) im wesentlichen die Form eines T aufweist, dessen Querteil (70-1,74-1) parallel und dessen Steg (70-2, 74-2) senkrecht zur Richtung der Rohre des Bündels verläuft.
  5. Wärmetauscher gemäß dem Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Steg eine Schräge ausgebildet hat, die von der Stützwandung zum Querteil hin zunehmend ansteigt.
  6. Wärmetauscher gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aussparungen (72) der Seitenteile (42), die einen (16) der Wasserkästen einspannen, wenigstens in einer zu den Rohren (10) parallelen Richtung größer sind als die Rastnasen (70), was eine verschiebbare Positionierung der Verstrebungen (36) an diesem Wasserkasten (16) erlaubt.
  7. Wärmetauscher gemäß dem Anspruch 6, bei dem jede Rastnase (70) die in Anspruch 4 definierte Form hat, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die entsprechende Aussparung (76) allgemein trapezförmig gestaltet ist, mit einer großen Basis (78), die parallel zu dem Querteil (70-1) ausgerichtet und größer ist als dieses.
  8. Wärmetauscher gemäß dem Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aussparungen (76) der Seitenteile (44), die den anderen Wasserkasten (18) einspannen, Abmessungen aufweisen, die an die entsprechenden Rastnasen (70) angepasst sind, um eine Positionierung ohne Verschieben der Verstrebungen (36) an diesem Wasserkasten zu ermöglichen.
