Abstract
Claims (11)
- Dispositif (5) comprenant un margeur (6) pour alimenter une machine à emboîter (2) destinée à des produits imprimés (4), comportant des compartiments (3) qui peuvent être alimentés, qui sont entraînés en se suivant le long d'au moins un trajet de transport (1) et auxquels sont associés des moyens pour ouvrir les produits imprimés (4) qui se trouvent dans les compartiments (3) avec le pli en avant, cependant que le margeur (6) est disposé en déplaçant les produits à peu près à angle droit par rapport à la direction de transport de la machine à emboîter (2), et qu'il comporte un trajet de transport situé en aval (11) qui se termine au-dessus du trajet de transport (1) de la machine à emboîter (2) et qui est constitué par deux courroies plates sans fin (9, 10), celles-ci passant sur des rouleaux de déviation (13) et portant l'une sur l'autre par une surface active de transport, caractérisé par le fait que les courroies plates (9, 10) qui sont amenées au-dessus d'un axe (12) d'un premier rouleau de déviation (13), lequel est disposé au-dessus du trajet de transport (1) et s'étend à peu près parallèlement à la direction de transport de la machine à emboîter (2), forment, par les surfaces actives de transport qui tournent ensemble de 90° environ, une section de transport (22) s'étendant vers le bas à peu près verticalement.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, comprenant un margeur (6) qui est constitué pour l'essentiel par un magasin de piles de produits (17) et par un tambour de préhension (14) monté en aval, caractérisé par le fait que les courroies plates (9, 10) forment sur le tambour de préhension (14) une section de transport qui passe au-dessous de celui-ci.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que l'extrémité avant du trajet de transport (11) est réalisée sous la forme d'une ouverture d'entrée (18) qui est formée par les courroies plates (9, 10) et qui communique avec le magasin de piles de produits (17).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, dans lequel les bords pliés déplacés à l'avant des produits imprimés (7) qui se trouvent dans le magasin de piles de produits (17) ou le bord déplacé à l'avant d'une carte, respectivement, est disposé en étant opposé au trajet de transport (11) ou aux compartiments (3) de la machine à emboîter (2), respectivement.
- Dispositif selon les revendications 1 et 2, comprenant un margeur (6) qui est constitué pour l'essentiel par un magasin de piles de produits (17) et par un tambour de préhension (14) monté en aval, caractérisé par le fait que le trajet de transport (11) présente à son extrémité avant un canal de transport qui est constitué par un deuxième rouleau de déviation (20), ainsi que par les courroies plates (9, 10), et qui passe au-dessous de celui-ci.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, dans lequel les bords pliés déplacés à l'avant des produits imprimés (7) qui se trouvent dans le magasin de piles de produits (17) ou le bord déplacé à l'avant d'une carte, respectivement, est disposé en étant tourné vers le trajet de transport (11) ou vers les compartiments (3) de la machine à emboîter (2), respectivement.
- Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé par le fait que des guidages (21) qui supportent les produits imprimés (7) sont disposés sur le trajet de transport (11).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé par le fait qu'un guidage (21) qui est constitué par des surfaces de guidage supérieure et inférieure est associé au premier rouleau de déviation (13).
- Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé par le fait que la section de transport (22) qui s'étend vers le bas présente une position inclinée à l'opposé de la direction de transport de la machine à emboîter (2).
- Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé par le fait que des organes de guidage pouvant être déplacés sont disposés latéralement par rapport à la section de transport (22) qui s'étend vers le bas.
- Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif (5) est réalisé en pouvant être déplacé sur le trajet de transport (1).
