Definitions

  • the invention relates to a feed table Sheet printing machine with conveyor belts for conveying Sheets of paper from the stack over an area to lateral alignment to subsequent printing units, and a method for attaching suction belts in Printing machines.
  • suction belts from suction belt conveyor tables Conveying paper sheets from the stack over an area for lateral alignment to subsequent ones Printing units at investors in sheetfed printing machines by individually deflection pulleys rotatably mounted on the machine and rotating to lead.
  • the pulleys are due to the by the length of the conveyor line and by the between larger distances due to their facilities between the pulleys in different machine-fixed parts rotatably mounted, at least partly in turn for example as a receiving body for the drawing mark or for similar external functional parts Find use.
  • the individual pulleys are included each with the body in which they are stored aligned with the machine. A special precise alignment the deflection rollers to one another only take place to a limited extent.
  • the invention is based on the problem with Conveyor line that can be set up reliably with little effort to convey paper sheets over the feed table one Sheet printing machine with conveyor belts for conveying Sheets of paper from the stack over an area to lateral alignment to subsequent printing units create.
  • the problem is solved by training a conveyor belt table of an investor paper sheet processing machine according to the characteristics of Claim 1
  • the modular design enables the guide rollers to be pre-assembled in a frame outside the paper processing machine.
  • the pulleys can be inside the frame outside the machine exactly to each other regardless of the machine be aligned. Outside of the machine that can Conveyor belt pulled out over the pulleys. Then the entire frame is pulled in with tape the working position of the belt in the machine. Of the The frame only needs to be in front of the machine set position or also fixed after alignment will. Maintenance or adjustment work on the machine affect the bearing of the pulleys in the frame and so that the position of the pulleys to each other. Additional Adjustment work can be omitted. Secure tape guidance and safe sheet guidance is guaranteed. Such a band can can also be easily changed in print shops.
  • the frame only has to be detached from the machine Entire module consisting of a frame with bearings Deflection pulleys and around this circumferential belt is then removed from the working position in the machine. Outside the belt can easily be removed from the pulleys subtracted from.
  • a belt conveyor table enables also the use of special tapes. For example, training according to the characteristics of Claim 10 of such a tape possible.
  • Such Formation of the tape facilitates the error-free Belt assembly. Gluing or welding work by operators of the Machine, for example from printers, at the location of the assembly line on the pulleys in print shops is not necessary. The Dangers due to a final connection can be avoided will.
  • the device according to the invention enables Use of tapes made of non-end-bondable material.
  • the training according to the feature of is advantageous Claim 11, in which a cross in particular with suction belts bulging of the band due to the band direction, due to the Notch effects of stamped or otherwise later openings made in the strip material can be avoided.
  • the training according to the features of claim 2 enables the drive of such a conveyor belt with a machine-proof drive.
  • Training according to the characteristics of claims 3 provides a simple training of detachable drive connection.
  • the invention Training according to the features of claim 4 represents a easily manageable and easily exchangeable training of a Conveying table with suction belts. Especially with suction belts the precise, aligned alignment of the individual Deflection rollers are particularly desirable. Minimizing the Positional tolerances enable safe guidance of the Suction belt on the suction belt guide level. Between suction belt and incorrect air intake level can safely occur be avoided.
  • the training according to feature 5 enables the advantageous Module arrangement of a suction belt with simultaneous use the advantages of machine-mounted suction air sources.
  • suction air coupling is particularly advantageous according to the features of claim 6.
  • the training according to the features of claim 1 enables moreover, the simple insertion of the respective Print order according to the cheapest volume.
  • Conveyor belts for example, are conceivable Roughness of the conveyor belts the corresponding Funding requirements easily and quickly by exchanging the Customize band.
  • suction belts moreover, changing the suction belts differently holes of this type can be carried out easily. Thin sheets of paper can with small holes, heavy boxes with large ones Holes are transported. Also the shape of the holes that Number and density of holes can vary from print job to Print order can be customized. The change can easy, quick and safe on site in printing shops be performed.
  • Fig. 1 shows schematically a feed table one Sheetfed offset rotary press, with the paper sheet in known manner from a stack 1 on the feed table be promoted.
  • Suction belt conveyor 6 provided the paper sheet in a known manner by sucking the underside of the sheet onto the Suction tapes stops and by moving the suction tapes Side marks 3, on which the paper sheet along their Side edges are aligned up to front marks 4 promotes on which the paper sheets along their Align the leading edge of the sheet.
  • Side marks 3 on which the paper sheet along their Side edges are aligned up to front marks 4 promotes on which the paper sheets along their Align the leading edge of the sheet.
  • the aligned sheets of paper are on hand over subsequent cylinder 5 of a printing unit.
  • FIGS. 2 to 4 show an embodiment of such Suction belt conveyor 6, in which in a frame 7 Deflection rollers 8 and 9 rotatably mounted parallel to each other are.
  • frame 7 two suction boxes 12 and 13 are attached.
  • the suction boxes 12 and 13 each consist of an upward open boxes 14 and 15 and are on their upper side from a cover plate 16 or 17 fastened thereon covered. Bores 18 are in the cover plates 16 and 17 distributed regularly.
  • a Suction belt 10 guided all around, with its upper run the flat machined cover plates 16 and 17 sliding lies on.
  • In the side walls of the frame are each transverse to the sheet conveying direction opening channels 19 and 20 on both sides led continuously from the suction box 12 or 13 to the outside.
  • suction box module consisting of frame 7 Deflection rollers 8, 9 suction boxes 12, 13 and suction belt 10 can on unaffected in this way exactly outside the table area be made ready for use by adjustments in the table.
  • the complete suction box module can be easily inserted of the suction box module in the designated table niche and through Attachment of the frame 7 using the screws 27 in ready for use in the shortest possible time.
  • suction boxes 13 and 14th via the suction channel 29, and the suction channels 22 and 21 and Opening channels 19 and 20 are subjected to negative pressure.
  • Figures 5 to 7 show a further embodiment such a suction belt conveyor.
  • Suction boxes 12 and 13 in the frame 7 are the side of the Suction box opening channels 19 and 20 in frame 7 deflected downwards.
  • Frame 7 When attaching the frame 7 on the Longitudinal cross member 24 emerge from the outlet openings Frame 7 in sealing contact with those pointing upwards corresponding suction channels 36.
  • These in turn open in a common suction channel 29, as in the embodiment 2 to 4 shown in a not shown suction air source opens.
  • the perpendicular to Direction of insertion of the frame namely vertically downwards the longitudinal traverse to, corresponding corresponding openings of the suction channels 34, 36 or 33 and 35 allow in a particularly simple way of securely sealing the Suction air connection between frame 7 and suction air source.
  • connection area Sealing discs 37 or O-rings between suction air duct 36 and opening channel 34 or suction air channel 35 and opening channel 33 is provided in the Niche in the table by simply tightening the screws 27 attached in a sealing manner to the longitudinal cross member 24.
