Claims (5)

  1. Procédé consistant à séparer de petites pièces d'oeuvre d'un mélange pièces d'oeuvre-meules, ce mélange étant introduit dans un liquide et la séparation étant effectuée après la montée et la descente des éléments dans le liquide caractérisé en ce que le mélange pièces d'oeuvre-meules est placé dans un récipient et soumis à un flux de liquide dirigé vers la surface, notamment un flux d'eau, dont la vitesse absolue d'écoulement est située entre la vitesse de dépôt des pièces d'oeuvre et celle des meules, les éléments du mélange les plus lourds, les pièces d'oeuvre notamment, se déposant au fond du récipient et les éléments plus légers, les meules notamment, étant attirés vers la surface.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce qu'on introduit dans l'eau des adjuvants destinés à augmenter la viscosité ou la consistance de l'eau.
  3. Dispositif avec un récipient (2) caractérisé en ce que pour la réalisation du procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2 on a disposé dans un récipient (2) dont le fond est pourvu d'une conduite de raccordement (5) à une pompe (3), un panier d'essorage (7) dont le fond (8) est fermé et qui débouche dans une buse (9) pourvue d'une ouverture d'alimentation pour le mélange pièces d'oeuvre-meules et en ce que le récipient (2) est entouré d'une rigole d'écoulement (10) en forme de col, laquelle amène le liquide mélangé avec les meules dans un récipient de récupération (4).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3 caractérisé en ce que le récipient de récupération (4) a la forme d'un panier d'essorage et est disposé dans un boîtier (1) contenant aussi la pompe (3) et le récipient (2).
  5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 3 ou 4 caractérisé en ce que la pompe (3) est réglable.
