Claims (9)

  1. Construction de cheminée construite à plusieurs parties comprenant une enveloppe extérieure, une enveloppe intérieure constituée de tubes intérieurs (1; 10, 11) et éventuellement une couche isolante insérée entre l'enveloppe extérieure et le tube intérieur,
    avec respectivement une pièce de jonction (14, 16) conformée à l'extrémité inférieure du tube intérieur (1; 10) supérieur et à l'extrémité supérieure du tube intérieur (1;11) inférieur placé en aval,
    caractérisée en ce que chaque tube intérieur (1; 10, 11) est constitué d'un tesson céramique, pressé, séché et cuit et est pourvu d'un filetage extérieur (6; 17, 18) sur au moins une pièce de jonction (14, 16),
    le filetage extérieur (6; 17, 18) étant entaillé après la cuisson.
  2. Construction de cheminée selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que chaque tube intérieur (1) est pourvu d'un filetage intérieur (4) sur son autre pièce de jonction.
  3. Construction de cheminée selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que chaque tube intérieur (10, 11) est pourvu d'un filetage extérieur sur ses deux pièces de jonction (14, 16).
  4. Construction de cheminée selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins une pièce de jonction de chaque tube intérieur est élargie en un manchon (2) sur lequel le filetage intérieur (4) est conformé.
  5. Construction de cheminée selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce qu'un agent lubrifiant est prévu entre le filetage intérieur et le filetage extérieur (4, 6) de deux tubes intérieurs.
  6. Construction de cheminée selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la hauteur du filetage intérieur (20) du manchon (19) est choisie inférieure ou égale à deux fois la hauteur de filetage d'une pièce de jonction (14, 16).
  7. Construction de cheminée selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'une bague d'étanchéité ou similaire est disposée entre les tranches et faces de tubes intérieurs (10, 11) voisins.
  8. Construction de cheminée selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les faces des tubes intérieurs sont conçues en forme de cône.
  9. Procédé de fabrication d'un tuyau céramique pour les constructions de cheminée, avec lequel un tesson céramique est pressé dans un moule pour tuyaux, le tesson céramique étant maintenu après le moulage dans un état humide avec une teneur en humidité d'environ 17%,
    caractérisé en ce que le tesson céramique est ensuite séché pour avoir une humidité de 1% ou moins,
    en ce que le tesson céramique est cuit après le séchage et un filetage intérieur et/ou un filetage extérieur (4, 6 ; 17, 18) est entaillé après la cuisson.
