Claims (8)

  1. Procédé à détacher des pièces découpées en feuille stratifiée, qui sont pourvues de coupures dans une feuille extérieure collée à un papier de base par une couche auto-adhésive à sa face arrière, lesquelles coupures forment une inscription ou un graphique publicitaire conçu à l'attache auto-adhésive à une surface publicitaire, laquelle inscription ou lequel graphique reste sur ledit papier de base quand une partie de feuille résiduelle de ladite feuille extérieure est pelée dudit papier de base desdites pièces découpées en feuille, à
    - un dispositif convoyeur à convoyer lesdites pièces découpées en feuille (3) selon un sens de transport (4) déterminé;
    - des moyens de découpage (9) montés le long dudit sens de transport (4), au moyen desquels une fente de séparation (20) est coupée dans ledit papier de base (2) à une zone marginale d'entrée (12) de chaque pièce découpée en feuille, à un écart déterminé du bord d'entrée de la dernière, transversalement au sens de transport, à partir de la face inférieure dudit papier de base, à une profondeur de coupe qui descend tout au plus jusqu'à l'éraflement de la face inférieure de ladite feuille extérieure (1);
    - des moyens de transfert (5) à serrer ladite zone zone marginale (12) coupée audit papier de base (2) de chaque pièce découpée en feuille moyennant un dispositif de serrage et à la réconvoyer à une arête de renvoi (6) à interaction avec ladite feuille extérieure (1) dans un sens de transfert (7) branché dudit sens de transport (4), ladite partie de feuille résiduelle (16) étant pelée dudit papier de base à ladite arête de renvoi (6) pour son transfert à un rouleau de coupons en aval audit sens de transfert (7), pendant que ledit papier de base (2) à ladite inscription ou audit graphique publicitaire, qui reste à sa face supérieure, est enlevé audit sens de transport déterminé (4).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la coupure dudit papier de base (2) de ladite zone marginale d'entrée (12) de chaque pièce découpée en feuille (3) se fait à proximité de ladite arête de renvoi (6).
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel chaque pièce découpée en feuille (3) est serrée par un effort de serrage agissant entre sa face supérieure et sa face inférieure, pour la durée de la coupure de ladite fente de séparation (20) dans ledit papier de base (2) de ladite zone marginale d'entrée (12).
  4. Dispositif à détacher des pièces découpées en feuille stratifiée, qui sont pourvues de coupures dans une feuille extérieure collée à un papier de base par une couche auto-adhésive à sa face arrière, lesquelles coupures forment une inscription ou un graphique publicitaire conçu à l'attache auto-adhésive à une surface publicitaire, laquelle inscription ou lequel graphique reste sur ledit papier de base quand une partie de feuille résiduelle de ladite feuille extérieure est pelée dudit papier de base desdites pièces découpées en feuille, par l'interaction des moyens de transfert (5) avec une arête de renvoi (6) dans un sens de transfert (7) branché dudit sens de transport (4) desdites pièces découpées en feuille (3), caractérisé par:
    - des moyens de découpage (9) configurés de façon qu'une fente de séparation (20) soit coupée dans ledit papier de base (2) à une zone marginale d'entrée (12) de chaque pièce découpée en feuille, à un écart déterminé du bord d'entrée de la dernière, transversalement au sens de transport, à partir de la face inférieure dudit papier de base, à une profondeur de coupe qui descend tout au plus jusqu'à l'éraflement de la face inférieure de ladite feuille extérieure (1);
    - un dispositif de serrage (17, 18) disposé auxdits moyens de transfert (5), qui est configuré de façon que ladite zone marginale d'entrée (12), pourvue de ladite fente de séparation (20) coupée, soit serrée au début jusqu'au transfert de partie de feuille résiduelle à un rouleau de coupons, pour le pelage de ladite partie de feuille résiduelle (16) dudit papier de base.
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, dans lequel des moyens de découpage (9) sont montés à proximité de ladite arête de renvoi (6).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 4 ou 5, dans lequel ladite arête de renvoi (6) est formée au petit bout d'une barre de pelage (14), qui comprend deux plats de guidage pour ladite feuille extérieure (1) et ladite partie de feuille résiduelle (16), ces plats de guidage étant parallèles auxdits sens de transport (4) et de transfert (7) et se rencontrant au petit bout, pendant qu'un élément de serrage (15) relativement mobile coopère avec le plat de guidage parallèle au sens de transport (4) et sert à serrer chaque pièce découpée en feuille (3) contre ce plat de guidage de ladite barre de pelage (14) pour la durée de la coupure de ladite fente de séparation (20).
  7. Dispositif selon une quelconque des revendications 4 à 6, dans lequel lesdits moyens de découpage (9) sont configurés à un élément porte-lames (10) oscillant transversalement audit sens de transport (4) pour une lame (8) qui sert à couper progressivement ladite fente de séparation (20) dans ledit papier de base (2) de ladite zone marginale d'entrée (12).
  8. Dispositif selon une quelconque des revendications 4 à 7, dans lequel ledit dispositif de serrage desdits moyens de transfert (5) est configuré à présenter deux éléments de serrage (17, 18) mobiles l'un relativement à l'autre, qui sont disposés de façon à serrer ladite zone marginale d'entrée (12) de chaque pièce découpée en feuille (3) de manière qu'elle porte bien contre ladite face supérieure de ladite feuille extérieure (1) et la face inférieure dudit papier de base (2).
