Description
Claims (5)
- Verfahren zur Reservierung eines Parkplatzes für ein Fahrzeug in einer Stadt, in der öffentliche Parkplätze mit registrierten Parkplatznummern vorhanden sind und die durch eine Zentrale verwaltet werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßa) an die Zentrale (1) ein Zielort in der Form eines markanten Ortes, zum Beispiel öffentliche Gebäude, Tankstellen, Banken oder Hausnummern, und eine Kennung gesendet wird,b) die Zentrale (1) einen in der Nähe des Zieles befindlichen freien Parkplatz sucht, insbesondere anhand einer digitalisierten Straßenkarte,c) daß die Zentrale (1) diesen dem Zielort nächstliegenden Parkplatz reserviert und dessen Ort, Platznummer, Stockwerk und/oder Fahrroutenhinweise zu dem nächstliegenden Parkplatz dem Benutzer mitteilt,d) die Zentrale (1) die Gebührenabrechnung bei der Reservierung durch Geldeinzahlung oder Abbuchung von einer Scheckkarte oder einem Guthabenkonto durchführt, unde) daß mit einer Kontrolleinrichtung die Belegung der Parkplätze überprüft wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Kontrolle der Belegung der Parkplätze mobil durchgeführt wird.
- Zentrale zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zentrale (1) eine Steuerung (2) aufweist, die vorzugsweise als ein Mikrorechner ausgeführt ist, daß die Zentrale (1) mit einer Sende- und Empfängereinrichtung (3) verbunden ist, die mit einem öffentlichen Telefonnetz verbunden ist und/oder über eine Funkeinrichtung mit einer Fahrzeugeinrichtung (8) in Verbindung bringbar ist, daß die Zentrale (1) mit einem Speicher (4) und einer Parkplatzerfassung (5) verbunden ist, die direkt mit den einzelnen Parkplätzen oder mit Parkhäusern und Parkflächen verbunden ist, daß ein Benutzungswunsch für einen Parkplatz der Zentrale insbesondere über ein Telefon (7), die Fahrzeugeinrichtung (8) oder ein Terminal (15) mitteilbar ist und daß die Zentrale über eine digitale Straßenkarte in dem Speicher (4) verfügt, anhand der ein in der Nähe eines eingegebenen Zielortes befindlicher Parkplatz ermittelbar ist.
- Zentrale nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Speicher (4) die öffentlichen Parkplätze und vorzugsweise das Straßennetz und/oder signifikanten Orte auf einer Compact-Disk (CD-ROM) gespeichert hat.
- Zentrale nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zentrale (1) eine Gebührenkontrolle (12) aufweist, in der in einem Speicher die Parkplatzgebühr für eine bestimmte Zeit, eine bestimmte Parkdauer und/oder einen bestimmten Fahrzeugtyp abgelegt ist.
