Claims (10)
- Partie de pressage d'une machine à papier produisant des papiers fins, présentant les caractéristiques suivantes:1.1 il est prévu une fente de pressage formée par une dernière unité de pressage, qui est délimitée par une surface périphérique lisse, en contact avec le papier et par un cylindre de pressage (3, 600) garni de feutre;
caractérisée en ce que1.2 la surface lisse transmet, tout en évitant une traction libre sur le papier, la bande de papier (100) au-delà de la fente de pressage à un cylindre chauffé (4, 5, 7, 30, 1'), et en ce que1.3 la surface lisse est la surface latérale d'un cylindre tubulaire avec une enveloppe de cylindre (1) de forme rigide. - Partie de pressage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le cylindre de pressage (3) garni de feutre est un cylindre de pressage à fente longitudinale ou à sabot.
- Partie de pressage selon la revendication 1 et 2, caractérisée en ce qu'avant la fente de pressage, le cylindre tubulaire lisse (1) délimite, avec un cylindre de pressage supplémentaire (2, 200, 300) garni de feutre, une fente de pré-pressage supplémentaire située avant la fente de pressage de la caractéristique 1.1.
- Partie de pressage selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu un feutre sans fin séparé pour chacune des deux fentes de pressage.
- Partie de pressage selon l'une des revendications 3 ou 4, caractérisée en ce que le cylindre de pressage supplémentaire garni de feutre est un cylindre de pressage à sabot ou à fente longitudinale.
- Partie de pressage selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu un feutre unique commun (10) pour chacune des deux fentes de pressage.
- Partie de pressage selon l'une des revendications 3, 4 ou 6, caractérisée en ce que le cylindre de pressage supplémentaire (200) garni de feutre est un cylindre aspirant, dont la zone d'aspiration est située principalement avant la fente de pré-pressage.
- Partie de pressage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 - 7, caractérisée en ce que le cylindre tubulaire lisse (1) est un cylindre de réglage de courbure.
- Partie de pressage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 - 8, caractérisée en ce que le cylindre chauffé (4) est un cylindre tubulaire non garni de feutre qui guide la bande et qui délivre la bande à un cylindre de séchage, de préférence en évitant une traction libre sur le papier.
