Claims (17)
- Convoyeur de journaux comportant une chaîne convoyeuse sans fin (1) courant le long d'un chemin de convoiement (3) et une pluralité de griffes de journaux (7, 7') y attenantes disposées en file l'une près de l'autre, griffes qui comportent respectivement une partie de support (8, 8') pour la fixation de la griffe (7, 7') à la chaîne convoyeuse sans fin (1), une mâchoire de griffe fixe (16, 16') et, coopérant avec elle, une mâchoire de griffe (11, 11') mobile sollicitée par un ressort (lame de ressort 20, 20'), mâchoires de griffe (11, 11', 16, 16') entre lesquelles un journal peut être pincé par fermeture de la mâchoire de griffe mobile (11, 11'), le mouvement de fermeture et le mouvement d'ouverture de la mâchoire de griffe mobile (11, 11') étant commandés par des courbes de commande de came (28, 30, 32) sur le chemin de convoiement (3), caractérisé par le fait que la mâchoire de griffe mobile (11) est réglable dans deux positions d'ouverture, à savoir une première position d'ouverture dans laquelle la mâchoire de griffe mobile (11, 11') est maintenue ouverte à l'encontre de la force de fermeture du ressort réalisé en tant que ressort à lame (20, 20') par une courbe de commande de came (28) et une deuxième position d'ouverture, dans laquelle la mâchoire de griffe mobile (11, 11') est maintenue ouverte en autoblocage par frottement avec le ressort à lame (20, 20').
- Convoyeur de journaux selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la partie de support (8, 8') est réalisée essentiellement en forme de U en section transversale, la base (9, 9') de celle-ci étant fixée à la chaîne convoyeuse sans fin (1) et la mâchoire de griffe mobile (11, 11') étant montée pivotante entre les joues (10, 10') de celle-ci autour d'un axe de pivotement (13, 13') s'étendant transversalement à la direction de transport (F).
- Convoyeur de journaux selon la revendication 2 caractérisé par le fait que le ressort à lame (20, 20') disposé dans la partie de support (8, 8') entre la base (9, 9') de celle-ci et une partie de palier (17, 17') de la mâchoire de griffe mobile (11, 11') est recourbé et s'appuie avec une première branche (21, 21') contre la base (9, 9') de la partie de support (8, 8') et avec une deuxième branche (22, 22') au moins contre la partie de palier (17, 17') de la mâchoire de griffe mobile (11, 11').
- Convoyeur de journaux selon la revendication 3, caractérisé par le fait que la partie de palier (17, 17') de la mâchoire de griffe mobile (11, 11') est pourvue d'une surface d'appui (23, 23') convexe incurvée autour d'un axe de courbure parallèle à l'axe de pivotement (13, 13'), pour la deuxième branche (22, 22') du ressort à lame (20, 20').
- Convoyeur de journaux selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait que la courbure de la surface d'appui (23, 23') relativement à l'axe de pivotement (13, 13') est réalisée de telle sorte que pour un angle d'ouverture croissant de la mâchoire de griffe mobile (16, 16'), la deuxième branche (22, 22') du ressort à lame (20, 20') est comprimée de manière croissante en direction de la première branche (21, 21').
- Convoyeur de journaux selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par le fait que la deuxième branche (22, 22') du ressort à lame (20, 20') comporte à son extrémité un talon de butée (24, 24') en direction de la première branche (21, 21').
- Convoyeur de journaux selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé par le fait que l'angle d'ouverture (W1) de la mâchoire de griffe mobile (11, 11') dans la première position d'ouverture est plus petit que son angle d'ouverture (W2) dans la deuxième position d'ouverture.
- Convoyeur de journaux selon la revendication 6 et 7, caractérisé par le fait que la deuxième branche (22, 22') du ressort à lame (20, 20') peut se déformer élastiquement en elle-même, lors du passage de la mâchoire de griffe mobile (11, 11') de la première à la deuxième position d'ouverture par butée du talon de butée (24, 24') contre la première branche (21, 21') pour l'augmentation du frottement entre la surface d'appui (23, 23') et la deuxième branche (22, 22').
- Convoyeur de journaux selon la revendication 8, caractérisé par le fait que la zone d'appui de la surface d'appui (23, 23') de la mâchoire de griffe mobile (11, 11') se déplace en direction de la base (34, 34') du ressort à lame (20, 20'), contre la deuxième branche (22, 22') du ressort à lame (20, 20'), lors du passage de la mâchoire de griffe (11, 11') dans la deuxième position d'ouverture.
- Convoyeur de journaux selon l'une des revendications 2 à 9, caractérisé par le fait que la mâchoire de griffe mobile (11, 11') est munie d'un suiveur de came (boulon 25, 25', galet 27) s'écartant transversalement à la direction de transport (F) pour la courbe de commande de came (28, 30, 32), lequel suiveur de came passe à travers une ouverture allongée incurvée (26, 26') dans au moins l'une des joues (10, 10') de la partie de support (8, 8').
- Convoyeur de journaux selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé par le fait que la mâchoire de griffe mobile (11') est réalisée en deux parties et comporte une partie de mâchoire de griffe (35) ainsi qu'une partie de commande (36), qui est montée pivotante sur la partie de mâchoire de griffe (35) relativement à celle-ci pour un angle de pivotement limité dans le sens d'ouverture ou de fermeture de la partie de mâchoire de griffe (35), qui est sollicitée élastiquement dans le sens de fermeture (S) de la partie de mâchoire de griffe (35) ( ressort de compression hélicoïdal 46) et qu'attaque une courbe de commande de came lors du passage de la partie de mâchoire de griffe (35) dans les positions d'ouverture.
- Convoyeur de journaux selon la revendication 11, caractérisé par le fait que la partie de commande (36) et la partie de mâchoire de griffe (35) sont montées pivotantes dans la partie de support (8') autour d'un axe de pivotement commun (13').
- Convoyeur de journaux selon la revendication 11 ou 12, caractérisé par le fait que la mâchoire de griffe mobile (11') peut être déplacée par une courbe de commande de came dans une troisième position d'ouverture, dans laquelle la partie de commande (36) est maintenue ouverte en autoblocage par frottement avec le ressort à lame (20'), et dans laquelle la partie de mâchoire de griffe (35) peut pivoter relativement à la partie de commande (36) de l'angle de pivotement relatif limité dans le sens de fermeture (S).
- Convoyeur de journaux selon l'une des revendications 11 à 13, caractérisé par le fait que la partie de palier (17') de la partie de mâchoire de griffe (35') est munie d'un évidement (38) s'étendant dans son plan de pivotement (SE), central, ouvert au moins dans la direction du ressort à lame (20'), dans lequel est disposée la partie de commande (36) réalisée comme un bloc.
- Convoyeur de journaux selon la revendication 14, caractérisé par le fait que la partie de commande (36) est munie d'un suiveur de came (boulon 25') s'écartant transversalement à la direction de transport (F), qui passe à travers l'une des joues latérales (41, 42) délimitant l'évidement (38) de la partie de mâchoire de griffe (35), et les joues (10') de la partie de support (8') respectivement par une ouverture allongée incurvée (ouverture allongée 40, 26').
- Convoyeur de journaux selon la revendication 14 ou 15, caractérisé par le fait qu'un ressort de compression hélicoïdal (46) est disposé dans deux trous borgnes (47, 48) pour la sollicitation élastique de la partie de commande (36) relativement à la partie de mâchoire de griffe (35), lesquels trous borgnes sont disposés sur la face inférieure (45) de la partie de commande (36) et dans le fond (44) de l'évidement (38) de la partie de mâchoire de griffe (35) avec leurs embouchures se trouvant l'une contre l'autre.
- Convoyeur de journaux selon la revendication 10 ou 15, caractérisé par le fait que le suiveur de came (boulon 25, 25', galet 27) est fixé de manière démontable sur la mâchoire de griffe mobile (11, 11') ou sur la partie de commande (36) et peut être monté au choix en s'écartant vers la gauche ou vers la droite transversalement à la direction de transport (F).
