Claims (6)
- Procédé pour remplir et fermer un emballage (1) ouvert sur un côté, qui comporte un matériau plastique, thermoscellable au moins au niveau de son bord (2) qu'il s'agit de fermer, où l'emballage (1) est transporté d'une manière intermittente dans une première direction de transport (5), est rempli dans une station de remplissage (6), puis une feuille de couverture (12) est disposée sur le bord (2) et est thermoscellée à ce dernier, caractérisé en ce que l'emballage (1) est, dans la station de remplissage (6), maintenu jusqu'à un arrêt principal, auquel cas un trou (11) aménagé dans une feuille continue de couverture (7) est disposé, dans la station de remplissage (6), à une certaine hauteur au-dessus de l'emballage (1) ; que, pendant cet arrêt principale de l'emballage (1) et de la feuille continue de couverture (7), l'emballage (1) est rempli par ce trou (11), la feuille continue de couverture (7) est déplacée vers l'avant, dans une deuxième direction de mouvement (10) faisant un certain angle avec le premier dispositif de transport (5), au-dessus de la bande transporteuse (4), jusqu'à ce que la totalité de l'ouverture (11), y compris le bord (2) de l'emballage (1), soit recouverte par le matériau de la feuille de couverture (7), et, après découpage d'une feuille de couverture (12), cette dernière est thermoscellée, encore pendant l'arrêt principal, sur le bord (2) de l'emballage (1), ce après quoi l'emballage (1) poursuit son mouvement sur la bande transporteuse (4), tandis que la feuille continue de couverture (7) reste stationnaire.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le trou (11) de la feuille continue de couverture (7) est formé par découpage d'une feuille de couverture (12).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'on dispose en outre un couvercle, qui rigidifie le bord (2) de l'emballage (1), sur l'emballage (1) rempli et fermé par la feuille de couverture (12).
- Dispositif pour remplir et fermer un emballage (1) ouvert sur une face, qui comporte un matériau plastique thermoscellable au moins à son bord (2) destiné à être fermé, par application d'une feuille de couverture (12), destinée à être thermoscellée au bord (2) et thermoscellable à ce dernier, comportant une bande transporteuse (4) avec des supports (3) destinés à loger et transporter l'emballage (1) dans une première direction de transport (5) en-dessous de la station de remplissage (6) avec un tube de remplissage (15) mobile dans une troisième direction verticale (17, 19), caractérisé en ce qu'on prévoit une feuille continue de couverture (7), dans la zone de la station de remplissage (6), de façon qu'elle soit mobile par intermittence entre une première bobine (8) et une deuxième bobine (9) dans une deuxième direction de mouvement (10), faisant un certain angle avec la première direction de transport (5), au-dessus de la bande transporteuse (4) approximativement à hauteur du bord supérieur des supports (3) ; qu'un outil de découpage et de thermoscellage (14) est disposé dans la zone de la station de remplissage (6) ; que le tube de remplissage (15) est disposé de façon à pouvoir se déplacer à l'intérieur de la surface active de l'outil de découpage et de thermoscellage (14) et relativement par rapport à ce dernier ; et que les organes d'entraînement des pièces mobiles (3, 4, 6, 7, 9, 15) sont adaptés d'une manière synchrone les uns aux autres.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les supports et la bande transporteuse (4) sont en acier, et que de préférence la première direction de transport (5) est perpendiculaire à la deuxième direction de mouvement (10).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que, quand on regarde dans la première direction de transport (5), une station de mise en place de couvercle est installée à une certaine distance en arrière de la station de remplissage (6).
