Claims (8)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Sitzen (1), wie zum Beispiel ein Sitz, ein Sessel, ein Stuhl (1) oder eine Bank, einer Art, die aus einer Lehne (2) und einer Sitzfläche (3), welche aus zwei zueinander in einem nach unten weisenden stumpfen Winkel β liegenden Lagerebenen besteht, gebildet wird, wobei sich die erste Ebene (4) der Sitzfläche (3) in einer im wesentlichen horizontalen Position befindet, und der zweite Ebene (5) der Sitzfläche (3) in Gegenschräge in Bezug auf die Lehne (2), mit welcher sie zusammenwirkt, geneigt ist, und die Lehne (2) einen spitzen Winkel γ in Bezug auf die Vertikale bildet; die erste Ebene (4) der Sitzfläche (3) dazu bestimmt, die Oberschenkel und die zweite Ebene (5) das Sitzbein des Benutzers aufzunehmen, wobei die Länge der ersten Ebene (4) geringer ist als die der zweiten Ebene (5), dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß sie mit Mitteln zur Einstellung der Tiefe der Lehne (2) in Bezug auf die Sitzfläche (3) und zur Einstellung des Winkels der zweiten Ebene (5) der Sitzfläche (3) in Bezug auf die erste Ebene (4) der besagten Sitzfläche (3) versehen ist, die jeweiligen Positionen unabhängig eingestellt werden, so daß die Winkel β und γ einstellbar sind, um sich dem Körperbau einer beliebigen Person anzupassen.
  2. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schnittstelle zwischen der ersten Ebene (4) und der zweiten Ebene (5) der Sitzfläche (3) von mindestens einer Gelenkachse (6 oder 16) gebildet wird.
  3. Vorrichtung gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Winkeleinstellung der zweiten Ebene (5) der Sitzfläche (3) in Bezug auf die erste Ebene (4) der besagten Sitzfläche (3) und/oder die Tiefeneinstellung der Lehne (2) und/oder die Winkeleinstellung der besagten Lehne (2) jeweils gewährleistet ist durch mindestens eine Einstellschraube (7 bis 12), deren freies Ende an dem einzustellenden Teil anliegt oder mit diesem kraftschlüssig ist, dabei jedoch um die Längsachse drehbar bleibt, und deren Gewindeteil mit einem ein Innengewinde aufweisenden Festpunkt des Chassis (27 bis 30) der Vorrichtung (1) zusammenwirkt.
  4. Vorrichtung gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Winkeleinstellung der zweiten Ebene (5) der Sitzfläche (3) in Bezug auf die erste Ebene (4) der besagten Sitzfläche (3) und/oder die Tiefeneinstellung der Lehne (2) und/oder die Winkeleinstellung der besagten Lehne (2) jeweils gewährleistet ist durch mindestens einen Schwingarm (13), dessen eines Ende gelenkig auf dem einzustellenden Teil gelagert ist und dessen anderes Ende in einem festen Ausschnitt (14) des Chassis (30) der Vorrichtung (1) beweglich ist, wobei diese Einheit durch ein Spannmittel (15) in Position gehalten wird.
  5. Vorrichtung gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Winkeleinstellung der zweiten Ebene (5) der Sitzfläche (3) in Bezug auf die erste Ebene (4) der besagten Sitzfläche (3) und/oder die Tiefeneinstellung der Lehne (2) und/oder die Winkeleinstellung der besagten Lehne (2) jeweils gewährleistet ist durch mindestens eine Zahnstange (17), die an einem ihrer Enden gelenkig auf dem einzustellenden Teil gelagert ist, wobei diese Zahnstange (17) mit einem fest am Chassis (28) der Vorrichtung (1) angebrachten Zapfen (18) zur Haltung in Position zusammenwirkt.
  6. Vorrichtung gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daR die Winkeleinstellung der zweiten Ebene (5) der Sitzfläche (3) in Bezug auf die erste Ebene (4) der besagten Sitzfläche (3) und/oder die Tiefeneinstellung der Lehne (2) und/oder die Winkeleinstellung der besagten Lehne (2) gewährleistet ist durch einen Längsträger in Form eines kopfstehenden V-Profils (22), welcher gemäß einer Achse (16) an dem Chassis (27) der Vorrichtung (1) gelenkig gelagert ist, wobei einer der Arme des Längsträgers (22) mit dem einzustellenden Teil in Kontakt oder kraftschlüssig ist, und der andere Arm einen fest angebrachten Zapfen (31) aufweist, der besagte Längsträger (22) und der Zapfen (31) in einem an dem besagten Chassis (27) ausgeführten Ausschnitt (32) beweglich sind, wobei der Längsträger (22) und der besagte Zapfen (31) durch eine Spannschraube (33) in Position gehalten werden.
  7. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tiefeneinstellung der Lehne (2) in Bezug auf die Sitzfläche (3) durch mindestens zwei konzentrische Rohre (19 und 20) gewährleistet wird, wobei ein Rohr (19) in dem anderen Rohr (20) gleitend geführt wird, und ein Rohr (19) in Bezug auf das andere Rohr (20) mittels einer Spannschraube (21) in Position gehalten wird, und wobei eines (20) der Rohre das Chassis (28 oder 29) der Vorrichtung (1) bildet und das andere Rohr (19) mit der Lehne (2) der besagten Vorrichtung (1) kraftschlüssig ist.
  8. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Winkel β im wesentlichen 130 Grad (°) und der Winkel γ im wesentlichen 15° beträgt, wodurch ein Winkel α von nahezu 35° zwischen der zweiten Ebene (5) der Sitzfläche (3) und der Lehne (2) entsteht, der für jeden Benutzer spezifisch ist.
