Claims (12)
- Pulvérisateur pour l'atomisation d'eau dans des installations de protection contre les incendies, avec un carter (1), avec une chambre de tourbillonnement (13) disposée dans le carter (1), et avec une ouverture de buse (5) reliée à cette dernière, avec un corps d'étanchéité (18) s'appliquant sur le carter (1) et fermant hermétiquement l'ouverture de buse (5), et avec un corps de pression (25) cédant sous l'effet d'une température de décienchement, pressant le corps d'étanchéité (18) contre le carter (1) et s'appuyant, par son extrémité opposée au corps d'étanchéité (18), sur une pièce (29) assemblée avec le carter, caractérisé en ce que le corps d'étanchéité (18) présente un joint (20), situé dans une rainure annulaire (19), autour d'une goupille de centrage (21) qui pénètre dans l'ouverture de buse (5), le corps de pression (25) s'appuie sur une pièce de soutien (33) assemblée de facon amovible avec le carter (1 ), en ce que la pièce de soutien (33) est réalisée en forme de fourche avec deux branches (31, 32) mobiles dans le sens d'écrtement, en ce que les extrémités des branches (31, 32) enserrent par force mécanique, dans une position de repos, des saillies radiales sur le carter (1), en ce que des moyens élastiques prévus assurent une précontrainte des branches (31, 32) dans le sens d'écartement, et en ce que les branches (31, 32) présentent des sailies qui enserrent le corps de pression(25), de sorte que les branches (31, 32) sont bloquées dans la position de repos contre tout risque d'écartement.
- Pulvérisateur suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins l'une des branches (31, 32) de la pièce de soutien (33) est réalisée sous forme de ressort et forme ainsi les moyens élastieques.
- Pulvérisateur siuvant la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la ou les branches (31, 32) se compose et/ou se composent d'acier à ressorts.
- Pulvérisateur siuvant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les sailies des branches (31, 32) sont respectivement formées par une éclisse (40, 41) s'étendant vers l'intérieur et présentant respectivement un creux, au travers dequel s'étend le corps de pression (25) dans la position de repos.
- Pulvérisateur siuvant la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les éclisses (40, 41) sont desposées, dans la position de repos, en direction de l'axe (45) de la buse avec un écartement mutuel.
- Pulvérisateur siuvant la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins l'une des éclisses (41) présente un ergot (44), tourné vers l'autre éclisse (40), pour garantir un écartement entre les éclisses (40, 41).
- Pulvérisateur siuvant la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'éclisse (40, 41) forme respectivement une pièce avec la branche (31, 32).
- Pulvérisateur siuvant la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le ressort est réalisé sous forme d'un ressort à lames plates (49), composé de préférence d'une seule pièce avec les branches élastiques (31, 32).
- Pulvérisateur siuvant la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les creux sont fermés ou ouverts latéralement.
- Pulvérisateur siuvant la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les creux sont élargis sur leur côté opposé au corps de pression (25) lors du contact sur ce dernier, forment en particulier des trous oblongs (42, 43).
- Pulvérisateur siuvant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le collet (36) présente dur son pourtour deux creux radiaux (47, 48), qui sont diamétralement opposés et dont l'écartement diamétral correspond à l'écartement diamétral des extrémités libres (34, 35) des branches (31, 32) dans la position de repos.
- Pulvérisateur siuvant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les sailies sur le carter (1) sont formées par un collet (36) et la surface d'appui (37) pour les extrémités (34, 35) des branches (31, 32) sur le collet (36) est réalisée avec un élargissement conique en direction de la pièce de soutien (33).
