Abstract

Zur Herstellung von Schmutzfangmatten werden Trägerelemente (1) mit Nuten (2) für Scheuerflor- oder Borstenleisten (3) verwendet, wobei die Wangen (4,5) der Nut (2) unterschiedliche Höhen aufweisen. Die höhere Wange (5) bildet damit eine Kratzkante, welche eine grössere und zuverlässigere Reinigungswirkung als bei herkömmlichen Trägerelementen aufweist. Vorzugsweise ist weiter vorgesehen, wenigsten eine weitere Nut (6) in das Trägerelement (1) zu integrieren, in welche eine zusätzliche Borstenreihe (7) eingebracht werden kann, wodurch die Reinigungswirkung auf einfachste Weise weiter verbessert werden kann. <IMAGE>

Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Trägerelement für Schmutzfangmatten mit wenigstens einer Nut zur Aufnahme von Scheuerflor- oder Borstenleisten.
  • Schmutzfangmatten werden herkömmlicherweise zum Beispiel aus fertigen Trägerelementen, welche mit Scheuerflor oder Borsten versehen sind, hergestellt. Die Trägerelemente sind langgestreckte Profilleisten, welche Nuten für die Aufnahme des Scheuerfloors oder Borsten aufweisen. Diese werden in der Regel in die Nuten eingebracht und mittels eines Klebemittels dort fixiert. Die Trägerelemente werden parallel zueinander ausgerichtet und mittels flexiblen Verbindungselementen untereinander verbunden zu einer Matte aufgebaut. Beispielsweise werden zwischen den einzelnen Trägerelementen mehrere, mit einer Bohrung für einen Verbindungsdraht versehene elastische Elemente angeordnet. Die dadurch zwischen den Trägerelementen gebildeten Zwischenräume dienen der Aufnahme von Schmutz, welche durch den Scheuerflor resp. den Borsten von den Schuhen der die Matte überquerenden Personen entfernt wird. Durch das Auftreten und Abrollen der Schuhe auf den Matten wird eine Bürstwirkung erzielt. Zur Entfernung dieses Schmutzes lässt sich die Matte dank der elastischen Gummielemente auch gut aufrollen.
  • Die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung bestand nun darin, Trägerelemente der oben beschriebenen Art für Schmutzfangmatten dahingehend zu verbessern, dass der Schmutz noch zuverlässiger und gründlicher von den Schuhen entfernt wird.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäss durch das Kennzeichen des Anspruchs 1 gelöst. Durch die unterschiedlichen Höhen der beiden Wangen der Nut für den Scheuerflor resp. die Borsten wird durch die höhere Wange eine Kratzkante gebildet, wodurch eine zusätzliche Reinigungswirkung insbesondere von starkem Schmutz durch diese hervorstehende Kante bewirkt wird. Im weiteren wird der Scheuerflor weniger zusammengedrückt, als dies bei bekannten Trägerelementen der Fall ist. Dadurch wird eine längere, gleichbeibendere Reinigungswirkung des Flors erzielt, da dieser weniger rasch zusammengedrückt wird, was seine Reinigungswirkung schmälern würde.
  • Weitere bevorzugte Ausführungsformen ergeben sich aus den Ansprüchen 2 bis 6.
  • Durch den umgekehrt T-förmigen Querschnitt der Nut wird die Befestigung der Scheuerflor- resp. Borstenleisten verbessert. Sie werden damit zusätzlich zum Befestigungsmittel, wie beispielsweise Leim, auch noch formschlüssig festgehalten und können nicht einfach ohne grossen Kraftaufwand aus der Nut herausgerissen werden.
  • Das Anbringen von zusätzlichen Rillen an der höheren Wange verbessert die Reinigungswirkung dieser Kratzkante zusätzlich.
  • Insbesondere bringt die Integration mindestens einer weiteren Nut für Borsten auf einfachste Weise eine zusätzliche Verbesserung der Reinigungswirkung, welche bei bekannten Schmutzfangmatten nur durch alternierende resp. unregelmässige Verwendung von unterschiedlichen Trägerelementen realisiert werden konnte. Die Verwendung eines einzigen Typs als Trägerelement führt damit zu kleineren Kostenaufwendungen bei der Herstellung von Schmutzfangmatten.
  • Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird nachstehend anhand von Zeichnungen noch näher erläutert. Es zeigen
    • Fig. 1 den schematischen Querschnitt eines herkömmlichen Trägerelementes;
    • Fig. 2 den Querschnitt eines erfindungsgemässen Trägerelementes mit Kratzkante; und
    • Fig. 3 den Querschnitt eines erfindungsgemässen Trägerlementes mit zusätzlicher Nut.
  • In Figur 1 ist der Querschnitt eines herkömmlichen Trägerelementes 1 für eine Schmutzfangmatte dargestellt. Im oberen Bereich des Trägerelementes 1 ist eine Nut 2 vorgesehen, in welche beispielsweise eine Scheuerflorleiste resp. ein Scheuerflorstreifen 3 eingebracht ist. Dieser Scheuerflorstreifen 3 wird beispielsweise in der Nut mittels eines Leimes fixiert. Der Scheuerflor 3 ragt über die beiden Wangen des Trägerelementes 1 hinaus, und dient dazu, beim Auftreten auf die Matte Schmutz von den Schuhen zu entfernen. Der Schmutz fällt dann in den Zwischenraum von zwei benachbarten Trägerelementen 1 der Schmutzfangmatte.
  • In Figur 2 ist nun ein erfindungsgemässes Trägerelement 1 dargestellt. Die Nut 2 für den Scheuerflorstreifen 2 wird wiederum durch zwei Wangen 4 und 5 begrenzt. Erfindungsgemäss besitzen nun die beiden Wangen 4 und 5 nicht dieselbe Höhe. Beispielsweise ist hier die Wange 5 höher und bildet damit eine Scheuerkante. Die Höhe des aus dem Trägerelement herausragenden Scheuerflors 2 kann nun kleiner bemessen werden, als bei herkömmlichen Profilen wie nach Figur 1, da die Scheuerkante 5 zusätzlich zum Scheuerflor Schmutz von Schuhen entfernt. Dadurch wird einerseits der Scheuerflor 2 weniger strapaziert, d.h. er weist eine längere Lebensdauer auf, und andererseits kann insbesondere starker Schmutz durch die harte Scheuerkante 5 besser und zuverlässiger entfernt werden.
  • Vorzugsweises ist die Oberkante der Wange 5 profiliert, wodurch sich der Reinigungseffekt noch weiter verstärkt. Weiter ist erfindungsgemäss vorgesehen, dass anstelle einer einzigen Nut noch weitere Nuten 6 im selben Trägerelement 1 vorgesehen sind, beispielsweise wie in Fig. 3 dargestellt. Damit können in einem Trägerelement 1 sowohl Scheuerflor 3 wie auch eine zusätzliche Borstenreihe 7 integriert werden. Dabei vermag diese Borstenreihe 7 insbesondere groben Schmutz besser abzustreifen als der Scheuerflor 3. Durch die Integration mehrer Nuten 2,7 in einem Trägerelement 1 kann auf einfache Weise eine Schmutzfangmatte mit hervorragender Reinigungsfähigkeit hergestellt werden. Herkömmlicherweise wurden alternierend mehrere verschiedene Trägerelemente eingesetzt, was bei der Montage der Matte einen grösseren Aufwand und damit auch mehr Kosten verursachte.
  • Die Verbindung mehrerer erfindungsgemässer Trägerelemente zu einer Matte erfolgt nach bekannter Weise beispielsweise mittels quer zur Längsrichtung der Trägerelemente angeordneten und durch diese hindurchgeführten Drähte, wobei zwischen den Trägerelementen als Distanzhalter elastische Elemente vorgesehen sind. Damit lassen sich auch große Matten zur Reinigung einfach aufrollen.

Claims (6)

  1. Trägerelement (1) für Schmutzfangmatten mit wenigstens einer Nut (2) zur Aufnahme von Scheuerflor- oder Borstenleisten (3), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nut (2) durch zwei parallele Wangen (4,5) gebildet ist, wobei die Höhe der einen Wange (5) grösser ist als diejenige der anderen Wange (4).
  2. Trägerelement (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nut (2) einen T-förmigen Querschnitt aufeist.
  3. Trägerelement (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens die höhere Wange (5) an ihrer oberer Kante rillenförmig profiliert ist.
  4. Trägerelement (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine weitere Nut parallel zur ersten Nut (2) für die Aufnahme von zusätzlichen Borstenleisten vorgesehen ist.
  5. Trägerelement nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Höhe der Wange(n) der zusätzlichen Nut(en) (6) gleich gross oder kleiner als diejenige der niederigeren Wange (4) der Nut (2) ist.
  6. Schmutzfangmatte mit mittels elastischen Verbindungselementen verbundenen Tragerelementen (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4.
