Claims (16)
- Verschlußvorrichtung für Fenster, Türen od. dgl.,dadurch gekennzeichnet,mit einem beweglichen zapfenförmigen Steuerglied (10) am Flügel (12) oder am Rahmen (11) des Fensters einerseitsund mit einem ruhenden Gegenglied (20) am Rahmen (11) oder Flügel (12) andererseits,wobei das bewegliche Steuerglied (10) zwar an einer Treibstange (15) festsitzt, aber die Treibstange(15) von einem Handgriff aus längsverschieblich (14) istund das Steuerglied (10) zwischen mindestens einer Schließposition und einer Freigabeposition gegenüber dem ruhenden Gegenglied (20) verschieblich ist,daß das Gegenglied (20) mindestens einen durch das Steuerglied (10) quer zur Verschiebungebene (14) des zapfenförmigen Steuerglieds (10) verschwenkbaren Hakenhebel (30, 30') mit einer Hakenöffnung (33, 33') aufweist,die auf ihrer vom Schwenklager (46) des Hakenhebels (30, 30') abgekehrten Seite von einem äußeren Hakenschenkel (31, 31') begrenzt ist,und daß in der Schließposition der Vorrichtung der Hakenhebel (30, 30') soweit an das Steuerglied (10) herangeschwenkt (35, 35') ist, bis seine Hakenöffnung (33, 33') das Steuerglied (10) aufnimmt und sein äußerer Hakenschenkel (31, 31') vor das Steuerglied greift,während in der Freigabeposition der Vorrichtung der Hakenhebel (30, 30') soweit vom Steuerglied (10) weggeschwenkt ist, bis sein äußerer Hakenschenkel (31, 31') aus der Verschiebungsebene (14) des zapfenförmigen Steuerglieds (10) gelangt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Gegenglied (20) ein ortsfestes Gehäuse (21) mit einer Schubführung (25) für das Schwenklager (46) des Hakenhebels (30, 30') besitztund daß beim Verschieben (14) zwischen der Freigabe- und Schließposition das Steuerglied (10) den Hakenhebel (30, 30') mitnimmt und im Gehäuse zwischen einer die Freigabeposition kennzeichnenden Ausschublage (60) und einer die Schließposition bestimmenden Einschublage (60') zwangsverschiebt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Hakenöffnung (33, 33') auf ihrer dem Schwenklager (46) zugekehrten Seite von einem inneren Hakenschenkel (32, 32') begrenzt ist,gegen den das Steuerglied (10) stößt, wenn das Steuerglied (10) ins Gehäuse (21) hineingeschoben (45) wird und aus seiner Freigabeposition in seine Schließposition gelangt,während das Steuerglied (10) gegen den äußeren Hakenschenkel (31, 31') drückt, wenn, umgekehrt, das Steuerglied (10) aus dem Gehäuse (21) herausfährt (44) und aus seiner Schließposition in seine Freigabeposition überführt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß - in der Ausschublage (60) und/oder in der Einschublage (60') des Hakenhebels (30, 30') gesehen - der innere und/oder der äußere Hakenschenkel (32, 32'; 31, 31') geneigt zur Verschiebungsebene (14) des zapfenförmigen Steuerglieds (10) verlaufen,wodurch die vom Steuerglied (10) beim Verschieben (14) auf den Hakenschenkel (32, 32'; 31, 31') ausgeübte Kraft eine Kraftkomponente aufweist, die das Heranschwenken (35, 35') des Hakenhebels (30, 30') an das Steuerglied (10) und/oder das Wegschwenken (34, 34') des Hakenhebels (30, 30') bewirkt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Gehäuse (21) außer der Schubführung (25) für das Schwenklager (46) auch noch eine Führungsfläche (61, 61') für den Hakenhebel (30, 30') besitztund daß beim Verschieben zwischen seiner Ausschub- und Einschublage (60, 60') der Hakenhebel (30, 30') entlang dieser Führungsfläche (61, 61') gleitetund, mindestens in der Einschublage, die Führungsfläche (61, 61') den Hakenhebel (30, 30') an das Steuerglied (10) herangeschwenkt (35, 35') hält.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Hakenhebel (30, 30') an seiner von der Hakenöffnung (33, 33') wegweisenden Längsseite einen Vorsprung (39, 39') besitztund das Gehäuse (21) eine Schulter (59, 59') aufweist, vor welche der Vorsprung (39, 39') in der Wegschwenk-Stellung (34, 34') des Hakenhebels (30, 30') greift und dadurch die Ausschublage (60) des Hakenhebels (30, 30') fixiert.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Feder (50) im Gehäuse (21) integriert ist, welche bestrebt ist, den Hakenhebel (30, 30') in dessen Wegschwenk-Stellung (34, 34') zu überführen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hakenhebel (30) zweiarmig (36, 37) ausgebildet ist,bestehend aus einem auf der einen Seite des Schwenklagers (46) befindlichen äußeren Hebelarm (36), der die Hakenöffnung (33) aufweist,und einem auf der anderen Seite des Schwenklagers (46) angeordneten inneren Hebelarm (37), an welchem die Feder (50) angreift.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kraft (58) der Feder (50) zwar im wesentlichen parallel zur Schubführung (25) des Hebels (30, 30') im Gehäuse (21) verläuft,aber über ein Neigungsprofil (38, 38') auf das Ende des inneren Hebelarms (37) wirkt und dadurch ein Drehmoment auf den Hakenhebel (30, 30') ausübt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schwenklager (46) des Hakenhebels (30, 30') an einem Schlitten (40) sitztund der Schlitten (40) sich in der Schubführung (25) des Gehäuses (21) befindet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Feder (50) im Schlitten (40) integriert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10 odeer 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen der Schubführung (25, 27) im Gehäuse (21) und dem Schlitten (40) Endanschläge (42, 43) vorgesehen sind,welche die maximale Ausschub- und/oder Einschublage (60, 60') des Hakenhebels (30, 30') im Gehäuse (21) begrenzen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gegenglied (20) zwei zueinander spiegelbildlich verschwenkbare Hakenhebel (30, 30') mit gegeneinander weisenden Hakenöffnungen (33, 33') besitzt,und den beiden Hakenöffnungen (33, 33') ein gemeinsames Steuerglied (10) an der Treibstange (15) zugeordnet ist,und die beiden Hakenhebel (30, 30') in der Schließposition aufeinanderzu geklappt (35, 35') sind und mit ihren beiden Hakenöffnungen (33, 33') das Steuerglied (10) der Treibstange (15) zwischen sich fassen,aber in der Freigabeposition die beiden Hakenhebel (30, 30') voneinander weggespreizt (34, 34') sind und zwischen ihren äußeren Hakenschenkeln (31, 31') einen Durchlaß (57) für das Steuerglied (10) erzeugen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Spreizstellung (34, 34') die inneren Hakenschenkel (32, 32') der beiden Hakenhebel (30, 30') einander überlappen und einen zueinander gegensinnigen Schrägverlauf aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Hakenhebel (30, 30') ein gemeinsames Schwenklager (46) im Gehäuse (21) bzw. am Schlitten (40) aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 13 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß den beiden Hakenhebeln (30, 30') zwar zwei Führungsflächen (61, 61') im Gehäuse (21) zugeordnet sind, welche in der Einschublage (60') die beiden Hakenhebel (30, 30') zwischen sich fassen und sie gegeneinander geklappt (35, 35') halten.aber nur eine gemeinsame Feder (50) für die beiden Hakenhebel (30, 30') vorgesehen ist, welche bestrebt ist, die beiden Hakenhebel (30, 30') voneinander wegzuspreizen (34, 34').
