Definitions

  • mixer taps for kitchen sinks, often have an approximately circular cylindrical housing, which is mounted with vertical housing axis in an opening of a sink, a Waschbekkens or a built-in sink or a basin receiving table or cover, a mixing valve cartridge or cartridge receives and above a usually lever-like , tilting and pivoting operating element for the mixing valve cartridge carries;
  • a kran shamer water outlet branches off from the housing, which can be pivoted together with a housing part about the cylinder axis.
  • mixing taps with a pivotable about a vertical axis, crane-like water outlet and two separate and also attachable separately, each providable with a control element water valves for cold and hot water.
  • FR-A-990 965 now shows a water outlet device which has a multi-part straight guide tube mounted with a vertical axis in an opening of a table, cover or worktop and can be fixed to this so that the guide tube this Plate relatively slightly surmounted.
  • the guide tube is a straight water pipe whose outer diameter is substantially smaller than the inner diameter of the guide tube; this with the latter coaxial water pipe is slidably held and guided at the upper end of the guide tube in the axial direction and guided, and at the upper open end of the water pipe, a crane-like water outlet is fixed, which projects at an angle of approximately 40 ° obliquely upwards.
  • the downwardly open water pipe ends shortly above the lower end of the bottom closed guide tube to the jacket of a cold and a hot water line are connected so that water between the movable water pipe and the guide tube to the open bottom of the water pipe and then in this can flow up to the crane-like water outlet.
  • the means for rotatably supporting and sliding the expandable water tube and sealing between it and the stationary guide tube are above the plate , in which the water outlet device is installed, relatively high, and also protrudes the kranartippo water outlet obliquely upwards, so that even with fully lowered water pipe, the highest point of the water outlet is located at a considerable distance above the plate.
  • a water outlet valve is integrated in the upper end portion of the stationary guide tube, so that even with fully lowered extendable water pipe, the crane-like water outlet an even greater distance from the Water outlet device holding plate than in the first embodiment described first, and although in this variant, the crane-like water outlet projects only at a relatively small angle of about 10 ° obliquely upwards.
  • a mixer tap water discharge device which has a certain similarity to that according to FR-A-990 965, results from EP-BO 095 523.
  • the actual water outlet and the mixer tap are two separate and laterally spaced formed units assembled from each other; the water spout has an outfeed crane carried by a vertically extending straight tube section which can be slidably mounted in a plate-like support in the vertical direction.
  • Both the outlet crane and a control lever of the mixer tap are inclined significantly upwards relative to the horizontal, so that both parts clearly project beyond the upper end of the straight tube region when it is in its lowermost position.
  • the lowest position of the discharge crane should be the normal position of use, from which the water outlet crane should be raised only for the cleaning of particularly large items.
  • the mixer tap and the actual water discharge device are interconnected below the plate-like support by means of a flexible hose leading from the mixer tap to the lower end of the vertically displaceable straight pipe section of the water outlet, so that the incoming water is fed into this straight pipe section.
  • This is an essential feature of this known device, as follows: In order that the water outlet is not raised by the water pressure, an annular chamber is provided at the upper end of the straight pipe portion, from which the outlet crane branches off and communicates with the interior of the straight pipe portion , Finally, it should be mentioned that the outlet crane is provided at its free end with a water outlet.
  • a mixer tap water outlet device with a designed as a separate unit and assembled mixer tap and a pull-out so-called hose shower is known per se from DE-A-31 35 860.
  • the hose shower has a handpiece in the form of a twice angled tube, which is attachable with its one end to a horizontally extending Rohrend Scheme a guide tube and holds at its other end a mouth opening forming a water outlet, to which a water hose is connected, by the handpiece and the guide tube runs.
  • This guide tube has a straight, vertically extending tube portion, which merges via a 90 ° bend in the horizontally extending Rohrend Scheme and pivotable in a attachable to a plate-like carrier pivot bearing, through which the water hose of the hose shower is guided about a vertical axis, but immovable is held. Due to the bending of the handpiece of the hose shower, this known water outlet device necessarily exceeds the plate-like support quite considerably.
  • valve unit according to the invention forms a separate part and can be mounted laterally away from the displaceable parts of the water outlet device, the construction according to the invention makes it possible to lower the vertically displaceable straight pipe area together with the pipe end area into a non-use position, in which the pipe end area together provided with the water outlet mouthpiece has a very small distance from the top of the plate-like carrier, which can be pulled out even in this position thanks to the out of the Rohrend Scheme-pull flexible hose and provided with the water outlet mouthpiece with the water outlet device according to the invention can still work relatively unrestricted.
  • this also means an area of a sink, a built-in sink, such as a sink, or the like, which has an at least approximately horizontal top.
  • the water outlet is directly adjacent to the level of the carrier top, so these cases are to be understood in which the water outlet of the comprehensive range of the water outlet device is slightly below this level - straight pipe area z. B. is arranged on a so-called battery bank of a sink, in its lower position provided with the water outlet opening area of the water outlet device may also protrude slightly into a battery bank adjacent basin of the sink. Also, the provided with the water outlet opening area of the water outlet device can rest on the top of the sink, z. B. on top of the aforementioned battery bank.
  • the water outlet opening can be brought at least in the upper position of use of the water outlet device over different locations of the environment of the latter, it is recommended to make the straight pipe area and its guide so that the pipe portion is rotatable in the guide about its tube axis.
  • the guide may be in the shape of a flat surface, a rib extending in the vertical direction, or the like; However, preferred are embodiments in which the guide comprises the straight pipe area all around, especially with regard to the desired rotation of the straight pipe area about its axis.
  • the guide is also provided with a circumferentially adjacent to the outer circumference of the straight pipe portion elastic seal, which is not only prevented that between the guide and the pipe area water, other liquids or Dirt can get down, but with such an elastic seal can also be achieved that the upper outlet position located in the water outlet device, if you let go, either not at all or only slowly drops and does not fall down to its lower position.
  • the water outlet device is held by a locking device in its upper position of use, d. H.
  • a locking device is provided for holding the straight pipe portion in its upper position and this is designed such that the straight pipe portion is lowered manually into its lower position.
  • This locking device could, for. B. designed as a manually surmountable spring detent device, easier to manufacture and easier to use, however, is a construction in which the locking device comprises a link and a cooperating with this locking member, of which one element with respect to the support and the other element with respect to the straight pipe portion is firmly attached , The scenery must then only be designed so that it allows all the desired movements of the straight pipe area.
  • the backdrop could be provided on the straight tube portion and the locking member could be stationarily located, manufacturing and assembly benefits will result if the slide is provided on the guide and the locking member is secured to the straight tube portion.
  • the construction be designed so that the guide has a guide tube which can be fastened to the carrier. This can then be provided at its upper end with an engageable from above against the carrier collar, so as to fix the axial position of the guide tube in a simple manner.
  • any desired movement of the straight pipe portion and thus the water outlet can be made possible by appropriate design of the backdrop.
  • the shape a groove or a slot having an upper, approximately horizontally extending first gate area, an approximately vertically extending second gate area and a lower, in turn approximately horizontally extending third gate area, wherein the locking member is formed as a projection engaging in the gate.
  • the exact water outlet device in its upper or in its lower position to z.
  • the length of the approximately vertically extending second gate area determines the stroke of the water outlet device
  • the backdrop z. B. may have the shape of a horizontal H, is sufficient for all requirements a simpler shape similar to a horizontal U.
  • the bump is expediently located at the transition of the first into the second link region.
  • the straight pipe area is multi-part and is formed by a straight lower pipe and a releasably connected thereto, in particular screwed, upper tube.
  • the actual water discharge device protrudes above the level of the carrier top side out upward, when adjoining the approximately vertically displaceable guided straight tube area above an approximately horizontally extending tube area, even if in place of the latter z. B. could occur a slightly bent pipe area.
  • the straight tube portion and the approximately horizontally extending tube portion could meet to form a particular right angle, for manufacturing, however, it is easier if between the straight tube portion and the horizontal tube portion a pipe bend with relatively small radius of curvature is because then the two Pipe areas can easily be made by bending from a single piece of pipe and z. B. welding can be avoided.
  • the backdrop is designed as incorporated into the guide tube slot
  • an embodiment of the device according to the invention is recommended in which a protective and stiffening tube is attached to the guide tube, which not only a penetration of dirt from the outside prevented in the scenery, but also improves the qualities of the guide for the vertically displaceable, straight pipe area and excludes that the actual water outlet device can be moved laterally in its upper position of use back and forth.
  • the guide tube and the protective and stiffening tube does not have to be made very precisely with narrow tolerances, a further improvement is achieved in that between the guide tube and the protective tube at least two elastic snap ring-like ring elements are arranged at an axial distance from each other, each of the Protective tube is pressed in the radial direction against the guide tube. Appropriately, then at least above and below the gate, even better at the top and at the bottom of the protective tube each such ring member is arranged to seal the gap between the two tubes at its upper and lower end.
  • the support holding the valve unit may be the same as that on which the liftable and lowerable parts are provided, or another support, for example a cover plate receiving a sink, or, what is preferable, a second battery bank the built-in sink.
  • the valve unit can easily be designed so that they can be in a standard, circular fittings installation opening of built-in sinks, which has a diameter of 35 mm, inserted from below and then secure.
  • the cap overlaps the nut or possibly the collar as far as possible in order to prevent the penetration of liquids and other dirt from the top into the valve unit as much as possible, but without hindering or limiting the tilting movement of the control pin, it is easiest in that in constructions in which the control pin can be tilted from a rest position in which the mixing valve cartridge is closed and the control pin is approximately vertical, in an inclined position in which the mixing valve cartridge is fully open, the cap is formed so that the nut or the collar over the circumferential portion of the cap on the oblique position associated side shorter (measured in the direction of the control pin axis) than on the rigorousüegenden side, and so short that the cap does not limit the tilting movement of the control pin.
  • Fig. 1 shows a carrier plate 10, and that. in a section along a vertical plane, which lies in front of the water discharge device according to the invention, so that an attacked by the latter opening in the form of a circular hole in the support plate is not visible.

  • This mouthpiece 36 forms a hose shower, and the effervescent spray formed by the outgoing water was designated 40.
  • Fig. 1 shows the water outlet crane 24 in its upper position of use, it assumes in Fig. 2 its lower position in which the vertical pipe section 28 is fully inserted into the guide tube 12, but a later to be described later lower tube 44, which is attached to the lower end of the vertical pipe section 28, protrudes downward from the protective tube 20.
